Fixed some drywall after water damage. Great job, wall looks brand new, texture is perfect. Price was decent. Very happy customer.

We just completed our whole house remodeling done by Elodia, and her Son Ivan. We cant say enough on how efficient they were the whole crew that was involved were very perfectional! We ran into a few snags but they were quick to make everything right!
They gave us great design options and yet listened to our ideas as well! I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for remodeling of any kind! Great people skills!!

Company 2☆ Product 3☆ Window Install
It's a headache to repeat it. Bought windows in November, 2 people both stated should be no problem getting them in before Christmas. Noted this on my order. Never notified until January. Repeated phone calls and emails with no reply!!! Said your windows are in will be installed in 4 days 10am, move all furniture, take down all window treatments. As a single old lady, I got all this done by 9:00. Then 10 minutes before they were scheduled to show up got a call, windows aren't in yet, didn't find out till last night. In fact they haven't even been started yet, due to holidays. May be a while. Don't need to get into my response to a company that has no idea how to conduct business. Fast forward to February. Showed up with windows but no trim. In their defense they only had a few months to prepare. Will get trim installed next day. Meanwhile they ran out of supplies, left holes to the outside when caulking, said no to worry will fill it in with foam. What's a waterproof seal anyway, they are energy efficient windows, they were small holes, what do they care. Next day trim. Ran out of product again. Left nice black smudges all over trim. So now the homeowner is stuck painting dirty trim, outside caulking and cleaning windows with small amounts of foam or whatever. Of course on outside of second story windows.

Windows themselves are nice enough. Not thrilled with the large black tabs to remove them standing out like a soar thumb on my white framed windows. The screens do not fit securely and do not have rubber seal going around to keep bugs out. You can see the gap to the outside world.

So recap:
• company does not return phone calls or email. EVER! Even after install.
• not concerned with emails stating complaints. Just say sorry for inconvenience.
• no idea or follow through with product manager or customers at any time.
• do not plan or review before install
• scheduler should be fired (guy not girl)
• one person has no idea what the other is doing nor cares
Just plain shottie company with poor customer service.

I inquired via email for a bathroom remodel and the guy who called back left an incredibly rude message. I’d never call them back let alone hire this jerk.

Replaced tub with walk-in shower, installed new vanity, installed 2 new light fixtures, hung 2 new mirrors

We couldn’t be happier with the result of our kitchen, laundry, and bath cabinet refacing. Dan and his crew were fantastic and we now have a beautiful , custom kitchen, bath and laundry. Their attention to detail was superior. Their pricing is fair for the market. They completed the project on time. All were so kind and professional. I would absolutely use them again and would recommend them to anyone who’s kitchen needs a facelift.

If there is one contractor in the state of Az that I trust, it would be Ben Shoval. After dealing with Az slimy contractors, Ben presented himself very honestly. If I had an issue, he took care of it. He took our feedback with grace, and dignified it with a positive result. He also hired 2 very nice steady subcontractors that did an amazing job. We will use him again for future business.

I have worked with several companies and have had my fair share of ups and downs. What I can say without a speck of doubt is that Luxury Remodels Company is the best home remodeling company I have ever worked with over the years. They always put their client first and will leave no stone unturned in delivering the best services. We are happy with their services.

The Hunt brothers did excellent work. We enjoyed working with Josh and Jeff to produce beautiful kitchen and bath remodels. They were patient, customer-service oriented, and always remedied any issue we came up against. We wouldn't hesitate to work with them again. We have gotten lots and lots of compliments!

Better Bath came to our home, viewed our needs and provided a very competitive quote for 2 bathroom remodels, involving tile work. Not only did the job start and finish on time, it was actually moved up a bit, which we were very excited about. Martin was assigned to our project and did a beautiful job! He was so informative throughout the project, ensuring we were happy all along the way. Couldn't be more happy we went with this company and would do it again. A basic professional that is knowledgeable, expert and also terrific to work with! Remodeling a cooking area is such a huge bargain that we put it off for quite time. The planning was really extensive. We had a terrific exchange of suggestions to ultimately develop the style and products we wanted and the end result shows it. We have a kitchen area remodel that is perfect for our household and also way of living.

I walked up wondering if this tiny storefront would yield anything useful. After visiting a half dozen cabinet stores I came here and I'm glad I did. They have a great selection at a wide range of price points. There was so many great choices it was easy to find what I really wanted that I hadn't seen at any other chain store. They were very knowledgeable and friendly. It was a great experience and can't recommend this local shop highly enough.

Promised to get back with a quote for a design, never did. Do what you say you're going to do, don't lie to people. It's not that hard.
