Would’ve like for the initial assessor to have had a stud finder to more accurately assess for number of wall mounted bike racks and placement. We planned on 4, but discovered at time of install we could only fit 3 in the space we allocated for bikes due to distancing of studs. Overall a very good experience and result. I did not feel like I was a priority since my kitchen was small. It was my fear about going to a cabinet store. After the kitchen was measured and a quote was submitted I was ready to pay after a small change. My kitchen had been stripped down when measured so they knew I needed to get work done asap. Communication was done by email. I responded quickly but cabinets by design were slow in responding. I felt like they only wanted to work with the wealthy not a middle class person.
