Slade the owner is very knowledgeable, straight forward, and easy to work with. A lot of contractors can be knuckleheads, so do yourself a favor and meet with Slade and you'll know Trinity Homes will be the right choice. Highly recommended!! We cannot express enough how much we appreciated Burton, owner of Kitchen & Bath Remodeling. The work done exceeded our expectations.

We hired Kitchen & Bath through referral from A World of Tile, Mesa. Burton was wonderful. He has a great personality, is honest and brought with him an incredible team of professionals. The things we like the best was the fact that the price is the price – we did not incur extra or hidden costs, and the work done for us was as expected, with no short cuts and no cheap substitutes. His quote was mid-range, and we knew the entire cost at the outset. We appreciated the fact that Burton was in constant contact with us, organizing the trades and letting us know if there were any unavoidable delays. The trades people were all professional, highly skilled and cleaned the job site before leaving for the day… and we got a lot of design ideas from them. Many of them became almost like family, especially the tile professionals, Alex & Mike and Joachim who truly is a man of many talents. They really listened to our wants and needs and we are over the moon with the results.

We hired Burton, at K&B, to replace old, outdated floor tile; update much of our plumbing (refrigerator ice maker, washing machine, bath/shower faucets); renovate our bathrooms (Turkish travertine showers, quartz countertops, new stone sinks, travertine surround for our Jacuzzi tub, stone mosaic tile decorative frame around the mirrors, frameless shower doors, and other misc work); in the Kitchen they installed a new backsplash, painted and put in our new combination microwave/oven; and they tiled our fireplace with beautiful stack stone and mosaic travertine; fixed those pesky wall and ceiling cracks; painted walls & ceiling and put a fresh coat of paint on our baseboards.

We are very happy with the following contractors, who worked on our renovation: Kitchen & Bath Remodeling LLC; Todd’s Porcelain & Fiberglass Repair & Shower Doors by Traditional Door LLC and, of course Rachael and A World of Tile, Mesa.

I highly recommend Alex and his team. Alex is professional, trustworthy and an expert in this trade. Alex redid both showers in my home and I am very satisfied with the end result. He installed tile walls & floors, replaced a vanity along with all the faucets and fixtures, he extended the master bath having to move walls, plumbing and set a new foundation. He even built a nice big closet in the bathroom area. Alex is easy to talk to and is good with sharing ideas if you’re unsure of what you need or want done.

We have been working with Luster Custom Homes for over 5 years now. All our experiences with the staff have been professional and courteous. We would recommend them to any of our clients that were in need of a home remodel or a new build.

Shannon and his team were very responsive and committed to getting our job done. When our counter that they had made and installed developed a crack in it, they said it was because a crockpot we had used was excessive heat, so they wouldn't repair it. This was a standard crockpot, not a charcoal grill. Even when talking to one of the installers about the situation being a little ridiculous after all money the kitchen cost, he agreed. But of course there was nothing that could be done about it.

Great experience in determining needs for storage closet and garage.. Juan Zaragoza and Jacob Tapia were great installers. Made sure everything was done correctly and cleaned up when they finished.

I contacted red ram remodeling and spoke with a gentleman named Dan, I needed some work done on my house in multiple areas, He was eager to come out on my schedule and he was able to get the job done in timely manner, now you could never tell there was any damage to my home.

Stole my $25,000 and walked off the job. He told me the job would cost me $12,000 then I paid him $25,000 and he demanded another $16,000.00 He is a scam. Stay away from him.

My wife and I hired Rick to do a major renovation of our home (all bathrooms, garage, kitchen, laundry room, floors, etc.) in February of 2022. Our initial meetings with Rick in January 2022 were great. He was very responsive, friendly, and communicative. That was until we signed a contract with him and paid a $4000 permit retainer. As soon as we paid Rick the communication and proactiveness disappeared. To summarize the details below, it was a nightmare of 8 months just to get a permit approved by the city.
We were told he would have the initial plans ready for us within 2 weeks. It took over 6 weeks and multiple follow-ups just to get him to provide a draft of the remodel design which had numerous mistakes. The following day we sent an email with a list of all the mistakes that needed to be fixed including measurement corrections that I had to take myself.
3 weeks later and no word from Rick, I follow up to check and he indicates that he will be submitting the plans end of the week (April 12th). After many more follow-ups and involving the Refresh Renovations corporate we finally get him to submit the plans to the city on May 13th, 3+ months from signing the contract. Note, the contract indicated that the project would start in mid-April.
The plans that were submitted were riddled with issues and required THREE rounds of corrections! We finally got the permit approved at the beginning of October. Rick provided excuse after excuse throughout the whole process. I have worked with dozens of contractors in the past and Rick and Refresh Renovations were BY FAR THE WORST!
We canceled the build contract and have found much better professionals to complete the elements of the renovation.

We had a few different companies visit us back in July/August 2020. Remod had a good presentation with a light bulb showing heat through the different panes of glass. Which is more than any other company had done. They offered to take $1000 off if we commit with them that day, and we did. We went with the Aztec style dual pane windows and a new french door. The windows come with a double lifetime warranty. So if we no longer have the home the lifetime warranty will transfer over 1 time to the new owner.
The financing paperwork came and we were approved. Our first payment was to be in October.
We've called multiple times to get updates on our order and we keep getting, oh I will have the owner call you back she's out in the field. Or we get, I'll have Anna call you back since you've spoken to her before.
We have never, EVER received a call back. In December I called and explained that it's disappointing that we are never given any updates and no one calls us back at our request. I explained that if there are delays it's fine we understand that things happen but we want to be informed. Yet we are never informed. After I explained this to Anna she said she will right it down and make sure to call us every Tuesday and Thursday which is when they receive deliveries to see if our order arrived.
After a week I called because we never heard back
During that call Anna pushed it back onto the owner for not doing her job and when I countered that she said she would call, she yelled at me that she doesn't need this and hung up on me.
I waited a couple weeks and called again and my girlfriend emailed the owner as well. No apology for the horrific customer service, no apology for the delay, no explanation except various excuses like, the manufacturer has a shortage on tempered glass, we have alot of jobs we are doing right now, we are meeting with the manufacturer and fill you in with an update.....and still we have never received an update. It is now January 8, 2021, 6 months have passed and all we get are excuses, lies, and still no windows (and a door).
My advice is to avoid this company completely.
We don't want them touching our home because if it's this hard to get an update, I can't imagine how difficult it is for them to stand by their warranty and quality of their work.
We are trying to cancel and we are ignored.
Do Not do business with these people!!!!!
