Holtzman home improvement is such an amazing company. I definitely recommend them to anybody home I want to work with somebody who knows what they're doing in the valley. I had them install a glass wall where I had taken out the pool gate that over looked the mountain. I had them take out to the gate that look like the pool gate instead of the pool gate I had to install a nice beautiful glass wall that overlooked it the mountains in the nature behind my house. I would definitely recommend them is there a conference in what they were doing and they always communicated with me if there were any kind of delays from any other manufacturers. I will definitely write this company at 10star and not a 5 star because of how amazing their whole staff was when it came on my property.

We recently purchased our lovely (10-year-old) home in Surprise. While almost perfect as-is, we wanted to do something special for ourselves that would make sense as we age by remodeling the master bathroom. We decided that the existing jetted tub would not be used often, and we didn't care for the small, glass shower stall that lacked privacy and was already in need of repair.

Under the direction of the company's founder, each team that came to complete their share of the work was absolutely great. Every person was experienced, professional and given the freedom to express their creativity to design exactly what we were looking for in a modern, attractive and functional bathroom. Our designer, Erika, was wonderfully perceptive in understanding our personal preferences and decorating style. In fact, when we visited the tile company to choose materials, she already had products selected that were perfect for our concept. Walking through the yard to pick out granite was a blast with so many amazing products to choose from!

We wish we could give 10 stars for this review. We are so excited to be able to use our new bathroom daily, and even more excited to show it off to visitors! Bobby is absolutely fantastic to work with. From the second we met, you could see the level of passion and detail he had. He made remodeling painless and easy, wouldn't recommend using anyone else in Phoenix!

We spend $13K to install new shower. The installer did not connect hot/cold water correctly and we asked for installer to come back and correct the problem, which they did promptly. Two weeks later, the shelves started to come off the wall and grab bar started to come apart. We called three (3) times to have someone come out and fixed and also contacted thru messenger and were promised call back in 24-72 hours. So far, no one called and we just puzzled as to why we cannot get a call back.Horrible, horrible customer service. I would not recommend this company.
