Best Design Bath Remodel in Phoenix AZ

Steve came to my house. Nice guy. I told him the work I wanted done. Reface fireplace, tear down a wall, new flooring and baseboards. My estimates were coming in from $25 to $35k. Steve didn't blink an eye, said his bid would be double. There will be a cold day in you know where that I pay up to $70k for this job on a 1650 square foot house!!! I don't like rip off artists!

We are very pleased with the way our kitchen remodeling project turned out. They were not the lowest bid we received but not the highest either but overall we were comfortable with their ideas and references. Will use them again next year when we do our master bath

I engaged Todd Whittaker Drywall to repair a whole in the side of my garage where we removed an old swamp cooler and thus had to patch up the wall inside and out. The company was very responsive in terms of wanting to engage on my project and sent someone out within about 2 weeks to scope the work. The scoping went fine, their price was reasonable and so scheduled the repair. Once they came to do the repair, it proceeded without a hitch and they basically finished it in one day and it looks great! I'm more than happy to recommend Todd Whittaker Drywall for this type of work.

Allure Bath & Kitchen remodeled both of the bathrooms in our vacation home. John was extremely easy to work with. We trusted them to come in and out of our home while we were not present. The bathrooms exceeded our expectations and are spectacular. Everything we agreed to was completed in a timely and professional manner. I would definitely have them back again

I'm a repeat customer with Holtzman Home Improvement. They remodeled my kitchen last year, and now we're just finishing up a master bath remodel. For both projects I'm happy to say that I am very satisfied with their work.

Before deciding to work with the Holtzmans, my wife and I did some research, called in an architect, and asked several contractors to offer bids. What finally stood out with Danny and Brandon, and really what made us decide to work with them above any other contractor, was their ability to take a design approach from the start. Understanding design aspects of any remodel (as I've learned from Rick, their lead designer) is crucial. For both our kitchen and bath we found that the right design helped ensure we got what we expected (aesthetically) and that things stayed within the budget we set for ourselves.

Another interesting feature of Holtzman Home Improvement is their staff. They have their own employees for most jobs ; plumbing, carpentry, tile, etc. My wife and I liked this very much because it insured a high-level of quality and a group of workers that did not change throughout the project. All the people who work at Holtzman are steadfast professionals and did a great job.

Now for anyone who thinks that any well-planned home improvement project is impervious to mistakes, let me say that such is not the case. Some problems will, without a doubt, emerge. And whenever a problem presented itself, Danny and Brandon were always very honest about it, and worked with me to find a good resolution. If the wrong tile was laid down, they simply removed it. In other cases we had to endure some overages in order to resolve the issue. However if I had to pay a bit more to get what I and my wife wanted, we were always satisfied with the solution and found the final outcome better than expected. In some cases, the problem actually forced a solution that was superior to the original plan.

Finally the online project management system that Brandon set up is great. Not only does it show the schedule and upcoming work, but it helps document overages which is an important part of any project. I think this kind of system represents icing on the cake because bigger projects are complex and need exactly this sort of tight oversight.

So in the end, would I use the Holtzmanns on my next project? The answer is very much yes.

My contractor took me to meet Anthony when I was doing my first remodel on my first investment property. Everything was new to me and I was learning some tough lessons. Fortunately Anthony made it an easy and a stress free process to pick something nice out while being mindful of a budget. The overall result is awesome and the cabinets look great. We had a rather unique addition made to the front of our home that Ardan worked closely with us in creating a functional design that met our design esthetic. We have done multiple remodeling projects through the years on our various homes and Ardan is at the top of our list for the best crew we have ever worked with! The organization and communication from their team was very professional and we appreciated the daily email updates from our project manager. Our point man was here daily on-site and was very responsive to our questions and concerns and made sure everything was done to our specifications. In spite of slow downs caused by the City of Phoenix permits department during this pandemic, they worked very diligently to keep the project on track as best they could. We highly recommend Ardan Construction and would use them again!

Danny and his team were great to work with. They guided us through the entire process of the remodel. They had samples of the material we could look at and made a design drawing of what the kitchen would look like when they were finished. Every day during the remodel they completely cleaned up so there wasn't tools or debris laying around. Every wishlist item we had, they were able to accomplish. We now have a pantry, way more cabinet space, higher ceilings, better lighting, an island for the sink, and a more open entry into the dining room.

We couldn't be happier. You can't go wrong with these guys.

We chose Kitchens By Good Guys to remodel our AZ home. This included the kitchen, master and guest bathrooms, re-pipe plumbing, new flooring, and new paint throughout the home. We couldn't be more pleased with our choice. I can't say enough about their fantastic team! Emily and Simone helped us make design choices for the house and were extremely easy to work with. They went out of their way to find what we were looking for! As far as the remodel itself, we were out of town while it was taking place. Still, everything went better than we could have imagined. After almost proceeding with another fabricator, I called Daniel at Diamond Granite. They are on the recommended list of fabricators at Arizona Tile, and Daniel came out almost immediately. It was a very through discussion and he provided my quote on site at the conclusion of our meeting. Mike came out next to do the templating. This was a great experience as they use lasers and software to build the templating on a PC. From there they will take pictures of your slab and position the images on the template so you see your kitchen layout before a single cut is made. The installation crew was on time and did a great job! I highly recommend Diamond Granite. Thanks again.

After Ben did a fantastic job remodeling our daughter's kitchen, we hired him to remodel our kitchen and great room. This project involved removing a fireplace as well as some walls, and replacing floor tile throughout. Ben was easy to work with and highly dependable. He coordinated with our kitchen designer and communicated with us every step of the way. We were very pleased with Ben and hope to hire him again in the future.

From the first contact with Daniel in Sales to the installers it’s been a refreshing experience. I had another contractor for demo and cabinets and they all had to work together.
