After working with Jeremy and his team on my master bath remodel, I can honestly say I wouldn't look elsewhere for future projects. Every person we worked with throughout the process was 100% professional and a pleasure to work with. The initial estimates were extremely detailed and we knew exactly what to expect, which made our first big remodel much less intimidating. The Project Manager had great attention to detail, made helpful suggestions, and ensured that everything was completed on time. The designer was super helpful and didn't blink an eye when I made some off-the-wall changes (like a bright blue vanity!). The tile expert, knowing I was a little nervous about the grout color, even did a small sample and called me over to take a final look to make sure everything was perfect. Phoenix Home Remodeling is truly a class act.

Adam and his team were wonderful to work with! Very professional and very down to earth people. We absolutely love our new cabinets and countertops in our kitchen and are over the moon happy our new LVP flooring and baseboards. We loved our experience with Redemption Renovations and will definitely recommend them to our friends and family and will be using them again for future renovations! Amber the owner is very professional. She came to our house and had her assistant take notes. The next appointment was in their showroom. We saw what she had envisioned for us based on our requests. The presentation was very much on point and we viewed our future kitchen on the TV screen. At first I didn't realize it was our kitchen as it looked like a commercial and so different than our present kitchen. We decided to sign up with them.

I ordered new countertop for my double vanity in my bathroom in March ,2022
They were scheduled for install on May 25 , on May 20, received a text that my order was not delivered and was on backorder. I have not received any responses to my phone calls and /or texts regarding status of this backorder . I am very dissatisfied with their lack of customer service. They were quick to take 50% deposit in March !

We've used and referred Arizona cabinets out to several friends they've always done an amazing job. They are prompt and responsive, which is hard to find in a contractor. They do outstanding work.

They installed floating cabinets in a bathroom that I remodelled. A very timely and professional manner. The owners are very happy. They said it was an excellent job I have a great team. I like to shop out getting things done before picking a company. Diamond Granite & Remodeling was my third quote that I received. Not only were they willing to do the entire job without me needing to outsource plumbing, electrical, cutting down a wall... their pricing was fair, they were able to give me a quote on the spot. And at the end of the project, there were no hidden or extra fee's. It truly was amazing working with them. Rachel was also fabulous with communicating through text and making sure everything through the process was taken care of. Daniel responded after hours when I would finally remember to ask questions, he was always willing and ready to answer and help. I highly recommend this company.

Doug Parry has helped us with both a kitchen and bathroom remodel. He has great ideas and perseveres with new and better ideas as you design what you would like. The result, for us, has been great satisfaction with what we now have. It's been great to have someone to call when we're ready to do some work on our home.
