After scouring online for bath remodelers, I selected 3 candidates, and Allure was the winner. The owner, John, came out promptly, told me my current bath was beautiful (but I wanted to replace tub with tiled walk in shower), and gave me a competitive proposal. Working with Allure's crew (Noah and Ramon deserve special mention) was easy and their workmanship met my expectations. John is a man of integrity, knowledgeable about his trade, and easy to work with. If I wanted to remodel another bath, I'd hire Allure again.

Everybody that came to the house was very professional. I have used them for several projects. At this point they installed my countertops, did my flooring and my bathroom countertops as well. I have a couple more projects for them as well. They gave me a deadline and completed it on time. Very happy with the work they did for me.

Ordered cabinets 3 months ago and they arrived with an incorrect drawer. We ordered a replacement (6weeks to arrive). When the replacement arrived we discovered it was incorrect. Another 6 weeks and we discover the replacement for the replacement is wrong. Randy will not accept responsibility for the costs involved. My homeowner wants reimbursement for their out of pocket costs. Randy denies any liability. 3 INCORRECT DRAWER ORDERS is proof of incompetence. Randy’s refusal to compensate is proof of dishonesty

The first estimate from another popular place I won't mention sent a guy out that just seemed bored with his job and I didn't feel like he was listening to a word I was saying.

They made sure to get everything done on time and the results were outstanding. I cannot thank them enough...They made what seemed to be a daunting task look easy... This was actually because of their outstanding organizational skills and work behind the scenes ....and through it all- Always pleasant and always professional. The process went smoothly and was totally stress free. Everyone in the team, from the design headed by Simone, through the demolishing and rebuild headed by Dan, were wonderful to work with. They came on time and did what they promised to accomplish that day. Dean, the owner checked on the progress several times and came at the end to make sure all was done to my satisfaction. I am thinking of redoing my kitchen next year, and will definitely use Kitchens by Good Guys again.
