Steve, the owner came out to our home to give us an estimate for our master bathroom remodeling project that we have been saving up for. I will admit his prices were a tad bit hirer than other contractors that I had met with, but something told me he was the one and as a female you have to go with your intuition. He was very honest & genuine about the whole process and we all know the saying, you get what you pay for and I was willing to pay a little extra for piece of mind during my renovation...and as it turned out that is what I was given, just that. We were just thrilled the outcome of our master bathroom, we couldn't be happier!! I got the (spa-like) bathroom retreat that I always wanted and the whole team from design to the installers did a wonderful job, hence the 5 Stars. I absolutely LOVE my new bathroom!!

From the time I met the sales representative, to the time the project manager debriefed me - the remodeling was nothing shy of outstanding. I contacted Todd Whittaker Drywall, Inc. (TWD) regarding an estimate on the removal of 7 rooms of acoustic (popcorn) ceilings and the repair, retexturing and painting of them in addition to the remodeling of a bathroom. The proposal was reasonable and was returned in a timely manner.
The whole process was organized and well planned. I was informed of what to expect to be done each day. The supervisor of my project kept me apprised of everything, and there was also an App available to me to refer to regarding the schedule. My supervisor, Juan, was so impressive. He guided and advised me courteously, respectfully and patiently throughout the process and was instrumental in solving any unforeseen issue that would arise. He was promptly responsive to any question or concern.
The TWD staff and their subcontractors were considerate and professional, friendly and polite, and provided great customer service. All workers were reliable, skilled, hardworking and friendly. As you can imagine, it was a dusty, messy project. Everything was draped and covered, and the cleanup was remarkable both daily and at the completion of the project. All ceiling fans were either reinstalled or replaced with new ones. Francisco handled that chore with remarkable patience given problems he encountered with wrong size or missing screws (totally the fault of the manufacturers) not to mention vaulted ceilings.
TWD proved to be a very professional and reliable company. They made the whole process painless. I would highly recommend them to others and would definitely use them again myself. I was extremely pleased with the outcome of my project.

Our experience with Legacy was great! I highly recommend them. My wife and I get nervous whenever we just need a handyman. As two women, we figure men know we have no idea what things cost. We've been taken advantage of in that way before. From the moment we met the staff until the very end we trusted that we chose the best team. Our project manager was James. He was so great! It was nice having him around. We felt safe. If you get him on your team, huge bonus! We initially got in contact with several contractors and decided to go with Legacy because of their professionalism, organization and their experience. It just felt like a good fit from the beginning. We needed to take care of some flooding issues and we wanted to expand our master bedroom. Jean, the talented architect, came up with an awesome plan and so far we've had no flooding! (Knock on wood.) They took a little bit longer than we expected to finish the project but only by about a week. We love the way everything looks! It turned out even better than we expected. Easy to communicate and very empathetic to the remodel. They not only managed my issues with bad weather and a whole load of old bathroom issues, but was open to working through the issues with patience and grace. I was a little pessimistic regarding this type of walk-in shower remodel with my older home - but found true artists of their skill. I'm not easily impressed but this time… Absolutely!! Their team is outstanding: professional and responsive. Their designer provided great guidance and was wonderful to work with. We just completed our whole house remodeling done by Elodia, and her Son Ivan. We cant say enough on how efficient they were the whole crew that was involved were very perfectional! We ran into a few snags but they were quick to make everything right!

ATR fixed a few things that I’ve been worried about for months, in an hour! I love that they’re so responsive and reliable. They were here exactly when they said they would be and were super clean and quick. I definitely won’t hesitate to use them again.

A basic professional that is knowledgeable, expert and also terrific to work with! Remodeling a cooking area is such a huge bargain that we put it off for quite time. The planning was really extensive. We had a terrific exchange of suggestions to ultimately develop the style and products we wanted and the end result shows it. We have a kitchen area remodel that is perfect for our household and also way of living.

Jeremy the Handyman reinvented the industry standard. They do it by establishing trust with me as a client. A promise is made and it's kept until the job is finished. I continue to use their service from everything including painting, fan installation, and as of late my bedroom remodel. The skills needed to repair and fix my house problems, I do not possess. Everyone is qualified but the best part...happy go lucky attitude. So refreshing in the world today. House fixes or repairs the problem? I'm in the east valley between Scottsdale and Gilbert, AZ but I'm sure glad to find Jeremy the Handyman, his wife in the office works a crazy filled schedule constantly so thanks to her!
