From start to finish my husband and I are very pleased with John and his crew. Everyone was prompt, courteous, detailed oriented & efficient. I always received a prompt response from John or Michael to any questions that I had. We had both bathrooms remodeled at the same time, so it was important that the bathroom project was done in the time we agreed upon. Allure met every expectation with a A+ rating! Just being honest...Staff walked out in the middle of our project. Our counter tops were lost, but after our own phone calls they were found. The cabinets are terrible construction. Measurements taken wrong leaving under floor exposed & used ugly trim to cover it. Ceiling raised & so uneven special trim had to be made. Wrong color cabinets installed. I was told its all in the lighting & that I signed off on the color which I did sign, but in planning we picked a color & told them that we absolutely did not want the color installed. Project took almost 1 year (11 months.) There were days that workers did not show up. We had to call to find out why. We were told many times, so & so would be here & after waiting all day, it would be another no show. We are just happy this is done. My husband will fix the small thing that need to be fixed.

We hired Ben from Champion to remodel our newly purchased home. He did a superb job, and was a pleasure to work with. His crew was professional, clean, punctual, and completed the project on schedule. Ben and his crew are true craftsmen, and if your looking for a contractor that doesn't cut any corners and does incredible work you need to hire Ben.

The Remodel store is a local company that we didn’t even know about until we attended a neighborhood fair. They transformed my shower. Georgina and Sam were professional and easy to work with. I didn’t feel like they overcharged me. We had some minor issues but we were sure to let them know right away. They were quick to take action to remediate the situation and also didn’t hesitate to apologize when necessary.

We had initially considered subcontracting all the trades that we needed to make our remodel happen until we met with the designers from Republic West. Once we had our plan and budget in place, the project unfolded in a timely manner with high quality, professional work. He coordinated everything and kept us informed about all the details even though we occupied the home during the project. D&D Construction is a company that I will avoid because no one answers their phone nor call back.

We had really bad experience with a contractor before we met Leonel. First impression was everything with him. He was knowledgeable, thorough, well spoken, and overall he understood our situation very well and knew what we had gone through. We knew right away he was our guy. He was very compassionate and he went above and beyond to make us comfortable. He was very accommodating and he did things for us that he didn't have to but he understood us. We hired him a week later for remodeling our entire bathroom. His guys were fast, knew what they were doing and they did an excellent job. We ran into an issue with the placement of our bath tub and the guys were quick to come up with a solution and got the job done. As a result we couldn't be happier the way our bathroom looks and functions. We had a vision what it would look like and Leonel delivered us just that. And it took them only about 2 weeks. We are very happy with the our remodeled bathroom. Based on this experience we are going to use XLT Construction and Leonel for every remodeling job. The quality of job they did and the finishes are amazing. Everyone that has seen our bathroom loves the work. Leonel is a man we can trust. He restored our faith on contractors again. We have been recommending Leonel to all our friends and families. You would want things done the right away and without a doubt XLT Construction and Leonel is the right guy for that.

Recently completed a major kitchen and master bath remodel. We are very happy with the results of both projects. We had to make a design change during the process, and Premier was very responsive and turnaround on the new design did not delay the project at all. The entire team was very professional and any issues that arose were quickly resolved. A great team and we would be happy to work with them again.
