Best New Home Building in Phoenix AZ

Recently, we had our master bathroom torn down to the studs and totally remodeled by Homework Remodels. We met initially with the owner of the company Steve Shinn and his designer Sheila Lanier. We were so impressed by their presentation, that we did not bother to obtain any additional quotes.
Sheila, in addition to being quite personable, is an extremely talented designer and decorator with a great eye for color and composition. We accompanied her on many trips to select tiles, granite, bathroom fixtures, lighting, etc.
The subcontractors used by Homework Remodels were all excellent in their craft. The job foremen, Aaron and Lee oversaw our project with the utmost care. During part of the renovation, we had to be out of town but we were comfortable entrusting our home to these men during our absence.
During renovations, we also decided to have the company do a partial revision of our main guest bathroom. Although our initial budget was far exceeded, we believe the final product was well worth the cost.
We can highly recommend Homework Remodels to anyone seeking quality renovations of their home.

Holtzman home improvement and the holtzman family are just awesome. I've done business with the holtzman family for over 10 years and have been fantastic to work with. They even donated to the Ronald McDonald house in Phoenix to help remodel their game room when I asked if they could help out. I am so glad that I hired Maxum! I met with Stephanie and John and they came out and looked at my master bathroom and got measurements. I had a outdated bathroom and decided it was finally time to upgrade. I went to their showroom in Phoenix to pick out my tile and granite countertop the design they came up was AMAZING!! The bathtub refinish on our tub is amazing! It looks like we have a new bath tub. We had an old, ugly, cast iron tub, where we couldn't remove or replace it. It was dirty white in color, and looked terrible. Now, it looks shiny new! I highly recommend Pro Bathtub Refinishing of Phoenix.

The Legacy team was fantastic! We worked with Legacy through various remodels over the last 24 months. COVID hit in the middle of construction and they continued to be reliable, professional, careful and excellent. We worked with several different team members and they are all really great. We are happy with our projects - excellent communication, quality product. I know how hard it is to find great and reliable contractors, I wanted to share it with everyone that Legacy was terrific. Robert from West Haven Builders removed a wall, popcorn ceiling and moved electrical outlet/light. He always responded quickly. His quote came in at a competitive price. What I really appreciated was he kept me informed and updated, was on time. He also always kept the work area cleaned and cleaned up when finished. I will definitely use West Haven Builders again. They remodel a condo apartment! Complete bathroom, removal of wood paneling and popcorn ceilings throughout, replace all doors inside and new patio doors, painting throughout, installation of all new lighting and two ceiling fans. I was completely pleased. I would highly recommend Republic West Remodeling. **** is very knowledgeable and honest. I want to expand on honesty - he had a very easy opportunity to obtain about a thousand dollars worth of products at my expense. Instead, he explained to me why I did not need to spend that money, how I could get a refund. He was on time every time we arranged a meeting and quickly returned every phone call. I wasn't living in the condo during the remodel, and he was in touch with me frequently to be sure that my desires were being met. He has a good eye for what looks right and does not cut corners. The project was completed on schedule, prior to my move-in date.

ABA remodeled my home - kitchen, baths, new flooring, raised kitchen ceiling, rerouted HVAC, new windows and doors plus more. It has been transformed into a tranquil and beautiful space! Joe's attention to detail such as tile baseboards in the bathroom, granite window sill in the kitchen, and tiling the complete area before installing cabinets and closet doors are some of the small details that make this home stand out. Several people have commented that my home feels very open and peaceful and it's only 1200 square feet! I can't decide which is my favorite - my zero threshold shower or the large wall of windows in the living room. Joe kept me informed of next steps and when the unexpected happened, his crew was ready with a solution. The demo/tile crew impressed me so much! He always used his level as he laid the floor out in a herringbone pattern. Check out the before and after pics! They speak for themselves.

If there is one contractor in the state of Az that I trust, it would be Ben Shoval. After dealing with Az slimy contractors, Ben presented himself very honestly. If I had an issue, he took care of it. He took our feedback with grace, and dignified it with a positive result. He also hired 2 very nice steady subcontractors that did an amazing job. We will use him again for future business.

Wow this guy is incredible. The owner Dion was very flexible with the scheduling he made sure to adjust the scheduling of the estimate so I can pitch my kids up from school. Then I ended up changing my mind about the color I wanted for my kitchen and dion took the paint back for me and exchanged it for the new color I wanted. He understood that I am a busy single parent and made me feel very comfortable whenever he brought his crew around. He even introduced everyone to my kids so they would feel comfortable.On to the quality of work , it's simply superb! I've wanted to redo my kitchen and bathrooms for years and the turn out was even better than I imagined. I've already recommended Dion to several friends and they have all been very happy with the quality of work and the professionalism dion and his crew showed them. I'll be calling him for all my future construction and carpet cleaning needs.

I invited this company to take a look and design a remodeling for my bath. Although I got 1 hour off time from the work, the owner, Kelly Brown, came 45 min late to the appointment. Before this appointment, she called me 3 times for appointment verification, but she coming late without an excuse was totally disappointing. At home, she did not make any measurements. She took some notes and then vanished. No follow up... Even the day she came, I sensed that she was somehow felt forced coming.... very interesting and untrustworthy company.
