We searched several individuals and companies to find TWD had a price that seemed more reasonable than others. Additionally, both Maria, who did all of the drywall repairs, some being rather tricky, and Javier, who did the painting, were sensational. They came on time, called beforehand, were respectful of the property and did a stellar job on everything! We could not be more pleased. When I called to ask for Maria for the 4th day in a row and learned that someone else was coming, I requested Maria remain as she knew exactly what was left to do: I was listened to! I recently had my Primary Shower and Guest Shower remodeled and Rise Above Remodeling was one of the best contractor experiences I've ever had. I called multiple companies in the area and many were not even interested in my project or gave me extremely high bids. Rise Above was referred to me by a friend and they were by far the most responsive, honest and reasonably priced companies to deal with. Bret was spot on with his design suggestions and Skylar and his team were extremely professional and communicated well throughout the construction process. I have had no problems with my showers post production and they look great! I would highly recommend Rise Above for any remodeling projects you have - you won't be dissapointed!

Right from meeting with Adam to design my bathroom to Alex coming and doing the remodel the experience was wonderful. Alex went above and beyond for us, we were so fortunate to have him do all the work. He is a very organized worker and kept everthing very neat and clean. The design team at Design Lab was amazing! They helped us renovate our recently purchased home into our DREAM home. They have access to everything you need for a remodel; including high quality cabinetry, countertops, lighting, hardware and tile lines. They made it easy to coordinate the look we wanted throughout the entire home and stay within our budget.

Scott knew where we were located and we spent a lot of time with him outlining the various projects that were desired. The total project cost would be well into 400k. He promised a timely review and estimate. We asked several times for an update. Finally his only response was via a text saying the project was not a good fit for them. I even left a VM asking for courtesy call to explain and never called back.

They did my kitchen two years ago.These guys are absolute professionals. The owner and his head guy are very hands-on, and know how a project is supposed to go together. Their knowledge is both broad and deep, as is their technical skill.
Plus, they listened to me, both before and during my renovation, and addressed all my questions and concerns. They also had a number of suggestions that I hadn't considered, some of which we incorporated during construction.
Just spoke with Robert regarding an addition I'm considering. Hoping to have the crew back on site this coming spring!

Just had them install new countertops and they did a phenomenal job. Keith responded to my questions right away and made the whole job easy. Prices were great too! They are fantastic and I highly recommend them!!!!

I recently got to work with Emily on my living room, dining, and kitchen! She was super sweet and down to earth while being professional. My rooms were a challenge but she pulled a design together that made everything work and look great!!! What I liked the most was she really listened to me and what I wanted

I will start off by stating that Ernesto is a very nice person and pleasant to work with. I hired him to handle the design for my restaurant and the complete project was a mess and huge waste of money.

Here is some things that went wrong:

He ordered a new lighting for my place but overlooked the fact that my restauarnt uses 220volt and the lighting he purchased was 120volt. I had to incur the additional cost to have the contractors reduce the voltage and rewire etc.

The color of the paint he selected for the walls was horrendous. I had my concerns when he presented it to me but he assured me he is an expert and that it will look great. As soon as it was done, I had customers tell me that they disliked it. We have since repainted the entire place ourselves.

My walls used to have tile that went up about 4ft to protect the walls from chairs rubbing against it. He removed that tile and simply painted the walls. Within 3 months the walls were completely damaged and scuffed up that they had to be repainted.

The out door furniture he selected (Chairs) were made of some sort of plastic mesh that basically melted from the heat and broke so all of those had to be replaced within a yr.

The TV mounts he selected did not work out at all and had to be replaced at my cost.

The bench seating he selected (Cloth) was basically black from people resting their hands on it while in line so now I have to replace the booth seating or reupholster it. I would think he would have selected something a bit more durable.

The lighting he selected did not accomplish the goal of brightening up the place and looks tacky. Many of our customers have stated they dislike it and we are now planning on changing it all out to track lighting.

The large round table he had built for us has completed been damaged from normal use due to poor design. Much of it has to be repaired.

We had high hopes when we hired him but were extremely dissappointed with the results. Not only did it look bad, but all the material and design was not designed for commercial use. Just 2 yrs later, we are having to completely replace and redesign virtually EVERYTHING we paid him to do.

In my opinion, Ernesto is better suited for residential design and not commercial. He made no effort to correct the issues. Once he was paid, I never heard from him again. Also, you'll notice he never used our restaurant in his portfolio. I guess even he recognizes that it was poorly done and not worth displaying on his site.

In hindsight, I wish we never would have hired him and that we would have done all the things he did ourselves. We would have saved over 30K dollars and ended up with a much better result.

I would definitely recommend White Building inc . Her team was on time and polite when coming to my home .They did such a wonderful job with my kitchen remodel. I m in love with my kitchen now. Ellen was patient , understanding and always on time . Thank you so much for giving me a dream kitchen ❤️. Job well done .
