Best Living Space Remodel in Phoenix AZ

We recently used Phoenix Home Remodeling to remodel our early 2000’s Kitchen. The process was very easy and we enjoyed getting to know the team that came to do the work! We appreciated the straightforward approach to the overall plan, expectations, timing, and cost. This is a local to Ahwatukee company which was very reassuring that these folks not only work but live in this community with their name on the line. Communication was seamless and the work was exactly what we wanted! We will definitely use them again for future work and highly recommend them. Thanks for a great experience, and fantastic results!

Homework Remodels did an outstanding job of renovating our 65 year old home, which was in a state of significant disrepair when we purchased it. The remodeling required a new roof, new electrical, plumbing, heating/cooling, flooring, paint, plaster, fencing... They completed the job on a tight schedule so we could move in upon the sale of our previous home.
We were kept well informed of the progress and were involved in the process.
Five years later, the repairs/upgrades made by HomeworkRemodels have stood the test of time. We are extremely satisfied with their work.

Sunset Tile is like a well oiled machine. We had a complete bathroom remodel. They are busy and we were on the list four months. It was completely worth the wait. They showed up everyday they said they would and cleaned up before they left. Our project manager was Kevin and Luis was the main employee on site. A big shout out to them and all the other employees involved. We will not shop around for our kitchen remodel. We will go directly to Sunset.

We searched several individuals and companies to find TWD had a price that seemed more reasonable than others. Additionally, both Maria, who did all of the drywall repairs, some being rather tricky, and Javier, who did the painting, were sensational. They came on time, called beforehand, were respectful of the property and did a stellar job on everything! We could not be more pleased. When I called to ask for Maria for the 4th day in a row and learned that someone else was coming, I requested Maria remain as she knew exactly what was left to do: I was listened to! We have used Rise Above for two homes. The entire crew feels like family at this point! You will not find a better team of people. They do quality work, they are honest and stand behind everything they say and do. If they make a mistake, rare but it happens, they own it and make it right. They aren’t satisfied until you are! It’s hard to find that in today’s world.

I love my new windows, the installers are very professional and courteous, very cautious to clean up after themselves it was an all-around great experience.

Had shower doors installed in late Jan 2019, and of Mar18 2019 still have not had bad side of shower doors replaced

We contracted Legacy to remodel 3 bathrooms and a powder room located in our home in North Scottsdale. The planning meetings were well organized, details reviewed and double checked prior to the start of the project. They are great to work with.
Derek our project manager did a fabulous job coordinating the subs, communicating with us on a regular basis, providing us with photos of the progress, and was at our job site daily. We had so much confidence in him and Legacy that we provided him access to our home, as we were not in town during the project.
Working with Debra was wonderful! We shopped together at her suppliers and she was dilignet about keeping to our was budget, she has an eye for color, texture, and product coordination and was not willing to settlebut rather continue to make sure we had the right pieces! The end result is just what I wanted and each bathroom has a WOW look.
I highly recommend Legacy and would use them again.

The process was smooth because they were on time and follow through with their commitment. All of the other contractors were very impressed with the work done from the drawings to the finished product. Ana was very quick to respond if we had any questions. This review is written after contracting Stronghold Remodeling for our master bathroom remodel. We removed shower/tub combo and created one large walk in shower. Trevor and his team did an amazing job with our remodel design and install. He was professional, timely, and fun to work with. Trevor made the process easy from start to finish! We thought we would spend forever deciding what design to go with but he walked us through all the considerations. He turned around the installation in the timeline he promised (during COVID, to clarify) and was patient when other workers impeded his workspace. My master bathroom looks phenomenal. We will use Stronghold Remodeling again on any project, highly recommend!

My husband and I were really looking forward to updating our home and adding some value to our property. We had two other companies come to our home, and Republic West Remodeling seemed to be the best, at first. We originally had one designer, who wasn't supposed to be our designer, but we were placed with this first one because the other person had a family emergency. When meeting with the designer, everything seemed great, all this different stuff was going to be added that wasn't originally in the contract, and it was getting much more personalized. But, then I never heard from that designer again, they never conveyed it to the person who wrote our contract, and then our home wasn't being done the new way I believed it would. Instead we just heard it would be about 5,000 over our already insanely large budget. Then the designer we were originally supposed to have became the designer once again, but never even came to our home. For our master shower we had a tile picked out, and we said it was too expensive. So, they got a less expensive tile that couldn't be on the bench for our shower and didn't even think to get a pencil liner to match it. This is when it was our last straw. I emailed the designers about the lack of communication and how it was unprofessionally considering we are not some big fancy home in Scottsdale, but we are paying A LOT of money for this work. I also called and texted, even the person who wrote our contract. NO RESPONSE from any of them. I am not a mean person, just a simple I AM SORRY would have made me feel better. To me the designers and the business did not care about our home. It was just another job that they don't have to worry about. The owner of Republic West called us, helped solve some things, but the cheapest way possible for them. The workers that came to the house were always great. The manager for the project was good, he cared about our situation and helped out. In the end our stuff looks beautiful. Is it perfect and exactly what we wanted? No. But, I am glad I never have to worry about them again. For what we paid, it was not worth it. If we were to do it again, we would have went with someone else. We know home updates never go as planned, but this was a whole different ball game of bad. They cared about the checks, not us and our home. I believe a professional business should not even have to share with their costumers that we won't have this original designer because of their family emergency. Just find someone else to take over, and if you need to switch just let them know it was for a business reason. I truly hope they treat costumers far better than they treated us, but I wouldn't take the chance!

From start to finish, working with Scott and Lorrie was a 5 star experience. After an exhaustive search, we chose Hochuli Design & Remodeling because of their professionalism, attention to detail, expert level craftsmanship, and beautiful design aesthetics. We also didn't want to go with a cheap option that we knew we would regret later. We wanted experts because this is the home we plan to stay in forever. So, with high expectations and an abundance of trust, we left our home for 8 weeks (exactly what they estimated) and came back sight unseen, to view the finished product. Of course they kept us up to date on a weekly, if not daily basis, with photos and conversations with the Sean, the project manager. To say we were blown away with the results is an understatement! I still can't believe I live in such a beautiful house and have Scott and Lorrie to thank. It was worth every penny.

Scottsdale Kitchen & Bath has far surpassed all expectations. They have been an incredible company to work with starting with the initial visit and renderings. Their attention to detail is stellar, they do a very thorough job, at a fair price. Adrian and crew continue to go above and beyond. My bathroom project is still underway, but each day I'm blown away by their work, their cleanliness, and their communication with me throughout. If you are considering a bathroom or kitchen project, I highly recommend Scottsdale Kitchen & Bath.

We had Brian come in and do our drywall work and he also added beautiful baseboards to finish our kitchen island. We also had him install our water heater. Brian is a top-notch professional. We would highly recommend him.
