Best Living Space Remodel in Phoenix AZ

My wife and I were nervous to hire a home remodeling company. We chose Phoenix home Remodeling because they talked about how organized they were. That was definitely true.

They let us know what was going on at every step. Our 2 bathroom remodels look amazing. My wife and are are very happy. If you are looking for a home remodeling company in Phoenix you'll like working with them.

My wife and I did a lot of research collecting and formulating in advance our goals for our kitchen remodel. Steve Shinn and Aaron Thomas were extremely professional in every phase of the project. Our 1981 semi-custom home in Tempe was not an open floorplan by design. Steve listened and looked at all our research and together we came up with solutions that met our expectations and budget. Steve applied the classic work space triangle concept that is the cornerstone to making our new kitchen chef friendly. He included some extras like the pull out vertical pantry cabinets, deep appliance drawer cabinets and two waist-high spice drawers that are all utilized daily. Soffits were removed to allow full height upper cabinets greatly expanding cabinet capacities.

We wanted the warm look and feel of wood cabinetry. In particular we liked the minimum reveal look associated with modern European style cabinets. Steve did trade-off comparisons for us on locally crafted vs factory cabinets from the east coast. The local source worked out well as some unplanned adjustments were quickly crafted with little delay to the project.

We further challenged Steve with our lighting and power requirements. We have zoned ceiling lighting with small LED can lights as LED's were then becoming reasonably priced. All the appliance power outlets are hidden under the cabinets and under the granite breakfast bar. This solution allowed for a plug free stainless steel continuous backsplash with under cabinet mounted LED lighting.

In summary: Our experience using Homework Remodels was beyond our expectations. They should be high on your list to talk to and see if they can be the solution you have been looking for your remodel.

Sunset Tile did a terrific job on our kitchen and bathrooms remodel. Mark was great to work with through the design phase, and he had some great suggestions to improve the functionality of our kitchen. Paul and his crew were very professional and always left our house very clean each day throughout the remodel process. They were highly recommended by a couple of friends that had used them , and we are completely happy with the work they did for us. We would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone needing some remodeling in their home.

Remodeling feels like your home is turned upside down, TWD went above and beyond to accommodate me, high on perfection, polite, timely, resolves any issues promptly and made sure I was happy and overly satisfied. Kudos to Jack (Project Manager) for always going above and beyond even if it was on his own personal time. I highly recommend TWD!

Endless ads online.... to me this is intrusive and indicates they over-spend on customer acquisition, which of course means they're going to be very, very expensive.

They didn't finish and left trash in my yard. Was supposed to return and never did. The person that answered the phone was rude. He wouldn't let me talk to a manager. They have my money and now they don't care. I am going thru chemo and do not feel good and they r making me chase them. It's tiresome that customer service is so bad. Two hrs later Jeff resolved the issue.

When we needed a shower door replacement Avonti measured it, created the replacement, and installed it perfectly. It was less expensive than I thought it would be, and a higher quality door than I expected. Highly recommend

The Legacy team was fantastic! We worked with Legacy through various remodels over the last 24 months. COVID hit in the middle of construction and they continued to be reliable, professional, careful and excellent. We worked with several different team members and they are all really great. We are happy with our projects - excellent communication, quality product. I know how hard it is to find great and reliable contractors, I wanted to share it with everyone that Legacy was terrific. Robert and Ana of West Haven Builders were wonderful to work with. We had a limited budget to repair damage from mold in our rental unit. They were more than happy to give us a line item estimate so that we could see the cost of each part of the total project. Robert had creative solutions that helped us cut costs . When we received the final bill, some of our items came in under the original estimate and we were charged the lower price. Robert and Ana were always on time and always kept us updated on their progress. We highly recommend West Haven Builders LLC for all construction projects. We will definitely use them again.

In getting to know Trevor I've realized that his attention to detail is unmatched. He obviously takes a lot of pride in his work. I definitely be referring him and using him in the future

Do not use this company! Promises, promises, promises with no action. No followup, no bid, poor communication. Thank goodness we never got started! I would be waiting and waiting for work to be completed.

All I can say is thank you. Scott and Lorrie designed the perfect remodel for my living room area. I wanted enough natural light for all my plants and when Lorrie suggested extending the living area into the patio to make a sunroom, I was blown away by her ideas. Very impressed with Scottsdale Kitchen & Bath! We have been working with Adrian and his team on a few projects. Extremely thorough, high quality, and high attention to detail! 4. Install bathtub w/ subway tile surround w/ niche
