Best Home Builder in Phoenix AZ

This was the 3rd project we hired TWD to do in our home. Their quality of workmanship is perfection. Everyone from the office staff to the field workers are very professional and friendly. Special shout out to Mike Leighton our Project Manager for being very responsive to all our special request, phone calls, and text messages. We highly recommend TWD.

Just being honest...Staff walked out in the middle of our project. Our counter tops were lost, but after our own phone calls they were found. The cabinets are terrible construction. Measurements taken wrong leaving under floor exposed & used ugly trim to cover it. Ceiling raised & so uneven special trim had to be made. Wrong color cabinets installed. I was told its all in the lighting & that I signed off on the color which I did sign, but in planning we picked a color & told them that we absolutely did not want the color installed. Project took almost 1 year (11 months.) There were days that workers did not show up. We had to call to find out why. We were told many times, so & so would be here & after waiting all day, it would be another no show. We are just happy this is done. My husband will fix the small thing that need to be fixed.

We are really happy and highly recommend them. They are very professional, helpful, and detailed oriented. Their experience shines through. The process was smooth because they were on time and follow through with their commitment. All of the other contractors were very impressed with the work done from the drawings to the finished product. Ana was very quick to respond if we had any questions. Both of them were customer focused. Rob has a great eye for design which has made our dream kitchen become a reality. Thank you!

My house sustained damage from the storms that popped thru Az in March of this year.i went thru my insurance company and called a couple of referrals that they had sent me..none of them worked.i was talking to a buddy at work and he saidyou need to call Ken Hawk.he explained why,so I made the call.it was the easiest call to make..his entire staff was amazing.he put my mind at ease when it came to all the repairs(which included having an entire tile roof redone.the prices were great ! We hired Brian for two different projects. He completed a cabinet installation botched by the cabinet company. The cabinet company left our kitchen island unfinished. Brian did a beautiful and very professional job. He matched colors and materials in kitchen island and the result was better than expected. The second project was to remove/replace our water heater. The install and removal were great. One year later we discovered a defect with the water heater that created a gas leak. We called Brian and he came out the next day with a replacement part and fixed the problem under the manufacturer’s warranty for the part ands his personal warranty for the labor. Both projects were done to our satisfaction. Brian is a true professional and a pleasure to work with.

The first time I worked on one of Project Construction LLC's jobs as a sub it was evident that Robert knew what he was doing. He's well organized, clean, and likes to work smart. Not to mention, his attention to detail is outstanding. I give this builder two thumbs up and will use him on all of my personal projects in the future.

When I got the quote for my flooring and cabinetry, it was THOUSANDS less than any competitor had bid.
