From start to finish my husband and I are very pleased with John and his crew. Everyone was prompt, courteous, detailed oriented & efficient. I always received a prompt response from John or Michael to any questions that I had. We had both bathrooms remodeled at the same time, so it was important that the bathroom project was done in the time we agreed upon. Allure met every expectation with a A+ rating! Our bathrooms look amazing and it was such a pleasure working with John his son Michael and their crew. We highly recommend Allure!

A few years ago, we had several significant cracks in the plaster walls and ceilings of our 1910 Craftsman bungalow. Rod with Homework Remodels was able to fix them all in one day and even now we can't tell where his patchwork starts and ends. Having a 100+ year old home in Phoenix, we're always looking for true craftsmen that will respect the style and idiosyncrasies of older houses and not just do the quick and easy fix. Thanks, Rod!

Mike and Julie are true professionals. I went through a major remodel of my home and Mike and Julie, owners of Crafted, set proper expectations upfront and exceeded the expectations in the end. After having 5 full-bids outlining same conceptual remodel, and meeting each contractor personally, Crafted stood head-and-shoulders above the rest. Crafted's bid was competitive, detailed, and provided options I did not consider without increasing the bid. Even with moving the kitchen from one side of the room to the other, moving walls back, changing exterior window size, 1800 sq/ft of new flooring and baseboards, the project was completed before the agreed upon date! As my girlfriend and I were planning to move in together, we decided on a full remodel of my 25-year-old home. We researched contractors throughout the greater Phoenix area. Initial factors which led to our decision to hire TWD included being a Certified Partner of Rosie on the House, the overall independent reviews and the preliminary information on their website outlining their process including their on-line project management tool.

Working with Ron Labrie through the design phase was a pleasure. He ensured all details were addressed. From his extensive experience, he quickly assessed our preferences and overall style and provided suggestions which helped us narrow the multitude of decisions to be made. He is also familiar with the newest products and design trends but balances that with timeless recommendations that will stand the test of time. Ron also recommended design features that we would never have thought to include. His detailed plans provided an assurance that all the details were addressed and provided the needed information for HOA-related changes. His humor and “tell it like it is” approach was greatly appreciated and resulted in a fabulous finished project.
The project began with a job meeting at our home. Expecting to meet with the project manager and designer, I was pleasantly surprised when each of those responsible for major parts (electrical, plumbing, flooring, cabinets, etc.) of the remodeling also attended and reviewed each of the steps of the project which allowed us to catch any last-minute changes. This reduced the need for change orders during the project. An online job calendar which was updated daily with photos of each step completed was available throughout the process.

Our project manager, Austin, was in constant communication checking in on each step to ensure any major decision points during the process were correct. He was responsive to our questions and any change inquiries had. And, Austin was excellent in spotting and changing any work that was not up to their standard.

Despite moving out during the complete remodeling, we never felt out of the loop and we can say that the overall experience was not only exciting but also a pleasure. TWD helps take the complexity out of a remodeling project. The work was completed right on schedule. Without a doubt, we would recommend TWD for any of your remodeling needs. Their attentiveness, professionalism and customer service were evident throughout the project and resulted in a beautiful remodeling exceeding our expectations.
