Best Handicap Bathroom Remodeling in Phoenix AZ
Before we needed our remodel we got bids from several different companies and decided to stick with well known companies and were a little leery of using a handyman type person to do the complete remodel of 2 of our bathrooms in our house. We got a very prominent company that always advertises on KTAR and we know that they did good work. The sent out a design person and came up with great ideas, right up until the quote.. We told them our budget to start with but there quote was about $15K higher than what we wanted, which irritated me to no end. We asked them what we needed to do to get it back in budget and everything went from high-end to super low-end and turned out to be nothing of what we wanted. This was not what we wanted!! I decided to look elsewhere , I picked up my cell phone and found Allure and looked at the pictures of work that he had done and liked what I saw. I called the number and talked to John (Houser) about giving us a bid. He came out to the house and I told him what I wanted to have done and told him of the other company that gave us a bid. I simply asked John what he could do that would keep us in our budget. He looked at it and simply said everything. I was in shock at first, and then I was really angry at the other firm and felt like they were really going to try advantage of me. In retrospect, dealing with Allure was one of the greatest decisions we ever made. John turned out to be a hands-on owner and monitored all aspects
of the remodel. The crew always kept us informed, always showed up on time and offered suggestions along the way that really made the experience so enjoyable. If you are thinking of a remodel, give John a call and I am positive that you will never regret it. It's been over a year since the bathrooms have been completed and my wife still comes out after her bath (in our nice new jetted tub) and says how much she just loves what Allure has done, and I love the fact that he kept his word, stayed on budget and everything was very professional from top-to-bottom. Thanks John for everything you've done.

We had our shower and tub removed and AZ bath masters remodeled the area into a beautiful walk in shower. It turned out awesome, Noah and Justin were the installers and they were wonderful, very respectful and courteous. Jim and Scotti were both very nice, our only complaint was that we had to keep calling to ask for dates or times of arrival instead of them communicating frequently with us, but when they said the workers would be there at a certain time they always were. I would recommend them for sure, the final product is awesome, absolutely love the tyvarian!!!!

The whole Re-Bath team was excellent, from start to finish. Design consultant Bart had lots of great suggestions helping us decide on concepts, styles and colors. He also followed up as work progressed and came around at the end to make sure we were satisfied. As for the work itself, we can't say enough good things about Brad and others that helped him. His preparation included placing cardboard not only on the floor from the front door, but cutting individual pieces to fit each of the 21 steps of our spiral staircase up to the master bath. Lot of plastic curtains to manage dust, too. Bart was always very professional, and his work (he did it all, from demo to floor tiles to plumbing) was excellent in all respects. His texts kept us well-informed about when he was coming over and provided a daily progress summary with photos when he was done. The results were exactly what we wanted, and the project was completed on time and at the agreed-upon price. Re-Bath was also the best value of all of the teams we considered, and we're verry happy we went with them.

I think this company is out of business. I left three messages over the course of three weeks seeking an appt to get modifications done for a disability. I heard nothing and cannot believe there are any five star reviews. Maybe if they were actually in business they could get five stars. Although their voice mail says Independence Home Remodel and this is Mike they do not appear to be in business since they do not answer their phone or return voice messages. They do not deserve your money - either they don't need your work or are actually out of business.

I have used XLT Construction for several projects. The latest was to install new floor tiles in the kitchen, fix drywall damage, add new base boards and fix a leak on the outside wall. Victor did all the work, was professional, kept the work area clean and was meticulous and detailed in his work. My kitchen and dinning room are perfect now.

We hired Brian for two different projects. He completed a cabinet installation botched by the cabinet company. The cabinet company left our kitchen island unfinished. Brian did a beautiful and very professional job. He matched colors and materials in kitchen island and the result was better than expected. The second project was to remove/replace our water heater. The install and removal were great. One year later we discovered a defect with the water heater that created a gas leak. We called Brian and he came out the next day with a replacement part and fixed the problem under the manufacturer’s warranty for the part ands his personal warranty for the labor. Both projects were done to our satisfaction. Brian is a true professional and a pleasure to work with.
