Best Glass Repair Window in Phoenix AZ

Pablo A and Max S did a thorough and outstanding job installing my new bath/shower surround. They took their time and it looks great! Both were polite and responsible about their work. Left the place clean, and didn't even complain about my dogs barking the entire time (so it seemed).

TWD installed an entertainment center in our great room and as always we were pleased beyond expectations. They were prompt, clean, professional, Morgan and his team provided a quality product with excellent craftsmanship. We already have them scheduled for another project and will be using them for our kitchen remodel in the future.

What a great experience from beginning to end. Fast and right in our price range. The technicians were very thoughtful and considerate in our home. We love our new windows and would definitely refer Optum to my friends and family.

I had Rhino Construction come in and add a backsplash to my kitchen. The finished work is just beautiful. The guys were pleasant, worked hard and did a great job of making sure they covered flooring/countertops. etc. while setting in the tile. Once done, they cleared up everything, even sweeping my floors. I work from home so they were considerate of that aspect and I would definitely hire the team again. I am so happy with my kitchen/family room words cannot even describe! When I wanted to do my remodel there was never a doubt that Retro Pro would be the company to do it! I have used them over the years and was excited to team up with them to do a complete transformation. They check all the boxes when one is looking to do any remodel; integrity, honesty, craftsmanship, and passion for their clients. I had a vision but when I worked with Angela and Eric on all the details it all came together. Their ideas have made my home look like it’s out of a magazine!

If I were you I would disregard any of the negative reviews, as some people are just nuts.
Working with everyone at Retro Pro, I knew they had the experience and knowledge during the entire 6-week process of the job and it took all the stress off me. There was not one day they missed during the entire process.

20 years of outdated counter tops, cabinets and family room nooks, I went with everything new! Quartz countertops with waterfall edges, LED lit cabinets, gorgeous sink and in the family room an 8-foot liner fireplace. I could go on-and-on..

Serrano’s does beautiful work at a good price and the owner and staff are a pleasure to work with!

FRAUD!! SCAM!! They basically forced/bullied us in to financing window replacements with their financing company, took the money that was shelled out as an advance (was not supposed to be paid out until work was completed) and completed ZERO work. I've filed with the BBB, ROC, and submitted to Channel 3. On my way to get legal representation next. At this point the only thing we want from these liars is that financing to be revoked for work NOT done. Oh, and did I mention, said financing company said there was an interest free, no payment due period until 11.2022 but they have reported this account to the credit bureau's as being LATE (so now we are fighting with them too). Unbelievable. HOW ARE THEY STILL IN BUSINESS?? Make sure you read all the reviews, currently they have five ACTIVE ROC cases and their license expires this month (no submissions to renew either). They do not call clients back, they do not perform contracted work. The owner, Tammy is living high on the hog with all of our financed dollars. SO many people are in the same boat as us - makes me wonder if we should all ban together and file a class action suit? It also grosses me out that I had to use a star but you can't post a review if you don't at least click on one.
