HIred Pacific Bath to tear out bathrub and replace with walk-in Lux Stone shower. The product itself is very nice. What was disappointing was the damage they made during installation and the fact I ended up having to hire another contractor to repair (approx $500). They broke a hole thru to the nextdoor guest bedroom, gouged the bathroom ceiling, gouged the beadboard and the bathroom door. They fixed the bathroom door by putting filler into the gouges without trying to match the door paint. They patched the bedroom wall but didn't paint. For almost $15000, I figured I should get a first class product AND installation. Overall, a huge disappointment and a bigger pain in the aXX to get repaired.

Replaced existing bathtub/shower with stand-up shower. Plumbing fixture installations as well. Best investment ever for me! They were very professional and had it done in no time! It was a bit pricey and had me second guessing but looking back now it was well worth it! Old shower was dangerous for my elderly mother and you cant put a price one safety! The workers were very pleasant to be around and most of all we all love the shower!

We used ATR to hang wallpaper, mount a TV, and make general repairs. They did an amazing job at a very good price. They were a pleasure to have in our home. They cleaned everything up when done. While they were here, they made some additional repairs we didn’t even mention in the original call. It was amazing to see how well all the repairs were completed. I’m not sure there is anything this team can’t do. I’m so happy to have found them and will definitely be using them again!

I had an ongoing mold in the wall and a huge portion of drywall cut out in my home between insurance that didn't want to cover anything, companies who weren't eager to help me get back my master bedroom it was a total nightmare. I am not sure I can express in words how wonderful the experience and quality of work Craig on-site and Andrew in coordinating in operations . We installed an eco water treatment system, Kitchen water filtration system, and a routine repair on a bathroom sink. It was greeted promptly, with a quick visit to the house, an outline of options. Craig listened to what I said, researched something I had heard of, and produced it within a week even in the midst of COVID. While onsite on that project, he noticed an existing issue and potential problems developing with my water heater. No urgency on it just fact and possible issues. Again, my options were outlined in discussion as well as on the contract. We ended up purchasing an instant hot water heater system that has completely solved all of our water problems (running the water for 10 mins before it gets warm). All paperwork was completed electronically so quickly and easily. Then as a complete surprise, they sent me an Amazon gift card with a nice note of thanks! Who does that these days?
