Best Exterior Building in Phoenix AZ

Thanks to Homework Remodels for a great job helping me restore my 1920s home. After the restoration was complete on the original house, they built my addition which included a master suite, a laundry room and a breakfast nook. They are very knowledgeable about historic restoration and they knew how to work with the historic society and the city to get the proper approvals and permits needed to meet the historic preservation requirements. They were a pleasure to work with and the new addition looks like it was part of the original house.

All of the projects that Homework Remodels did for me where top quality, finished on time and in budget. Thanks to Steve and his team for a great job!

Will was my superintendent and he was very kind, professional and accommodating to my needs during the remodel. The remodel took longer than expected but I was expecting it would because of the pandemic. I appreciate the workers too ! They were all very kind and trustworthy!

Our son used PJH Construction for his master bathroom remodel, and referred us to them.

For us, it started with a master shower remodel in our 42 year old home. We were so pleased, we had them remodel our guest bath. Next was a complete kitchen remodel/install. Then a completely new floor (remove old flooring and install new floor) throughout the house and bathrooms, including all new painted baseboards, repairing drywall, etc. The interior of our home looks modern and fabulous.

The staff & crew were all very nice and hard workers, they all took pride in their work. Andrew helped us choose the things we needed and got us the best prices on new appliances. He also worked with us to accommodate our needs and our schedules during this time..... It was all well worth it.

We have recommended PJH Construction to others, and plan to use them for future improvements.

This is pretty long but so was our bathroom remodeling job. I'm listing the problems in order of seriousness:
Didn't shut off water when connecting new vanity and ruptured a pipe damaging our nearly new carpeting. Removed carpet protection to dry out carpet. Subsequently the painter tripped and dumped a pint of paint on the carpet which also splattered across the bedroom damaging the bed comforter and pillows. He tried to clean up latex paint with turpentine leaving a reeking smelly mess. Had to call in a disaster recovery company to salvage the situation. Touch up done with wrong paint finish so the room had to be repainted. The shower tile not level for glass door installation. It
took 20 weeks to finish from start of demolition when they estimated 6-8 week job. The contract front-loaded payments so no incentive to finish.
The vanity was missing two drawers. They never ordered handicap grab bars nor the door. When shower was finished the hot water limiter was incorrectly installed so there was no hot water making for a cold first shower.
Since there was no dumpster, trash accumulated and wasn't promptly picked up until we complained sometimes multiply. From the beginning and through the whole project, there was poor communications about what would be done when, including showing up unannounced and not showing up when they said they would.

Russ was a pleasure to work with. He was knowledgeable and reassuring. The total bill was reasonable and I plan to use them again for future renovations.

I had them do some major remodeling at my church and my office.
They had to take down walls and put up new ones. They also did new flooring.
Their work was clean and professional.

I have worked with 123 remodeling to renovate both bathrooms in my second house in Phoenix , and we couldn’t be happier. My wife, my kids and I all feel like we live in a hotel room now!! :) 123 remodeling are genuinely a team of honest good people that bring amazing results. Thank you guys!

Professional, hard working, and prompt. Everado came right out to inspect my water damaged bathroom/garage and immediately had a repair plan. Got to work the next day. Completed the project beautifully in two days, great clean up and was in communication the whole time. April in accounting was particularly helpful in solving a billing issue I had. I couldn't recommend this business highly enough!

They did my kitchen two years ago.These guys are absolute professionals. The owner and his head guy are very hands-on, and know how a project is supposed to go together. Their knowledge is both broad and deep, as is their technical skill.
Plus, they listened to me, both before and during my renovation, and addressed all my questions and concerns. They also had a number of suggestions that I hadn't considered, some of which we incorporated during construction.
Just spoke with Robert regarding an addition I'm considering. Hoping to have the crew back on site this coming spring!

They do such amazing work! My shower head broke several months after install and they came over no problem and replaced it!

I used ATR to remove an old island in the kitchen and install a bigger one in a different location in the kitchen with electrical. The job was done professionally and it was clear they knew what they were doing from initial contact. They asked me what I wanted to do, provided a quote and advised what work would be completed each day. They completed the job on time without any issues. They were professional and knowledgeable. A basic professional that is knowledgeable, expert and also terrific to work with! Remodeling a cooking area is such a huge bargain that we put it off for quite time. The planning was really extensive. We had a terrific exchange of suggestions to ultimately develop the style and products we wanted and the end result shows it. We have a kitchen area remodel that is perfect for our household and also way of living.
