Kelley and his crew were fantastic. When I first heard about them I was only in the area for a few days and they made time to come meet with me at a property that I was looking at purchasing for my son, who is in a wheelchair, to live in. They not only worked with my schedule but sent me a bid the next day! That property fell through but when the next one came up Kelley met our realtor and son at the property and again got me a bid in record time. They remolded the bathroom to make it full accessible, took out some walls and obstacles in the kitchen to make it very functional for my son, and added ramps to the exterior doors that you do not realize are there. All of the work was top quality and they finished way ahead of schedule. Finally, when it was almost time for my son to move in we realized hat we had forgotten a very important grab bar. Kelley got it ordered and installed before he moved in. I would highly endorse them!!!

Was so happy to find a contractor who would do a small job. Others are only interested in securing large orders. Very happy with the speed of getting things set up and the quality workmanship.

Steve was professional, friendly and very thorough. Appreciate him wearing a mask as well as offering to put on shoe coverings. The cabinet handles, sliding pantry shelf installation, garage cabinet removal and repair of exterior coach light were all performed extremely well. Our plan is, at a later date, to have your guys return to re-hang the garage cabinet that was removed and paint the interior garage walls. Our relationship with you over the past almost 10 years has truly made our lives easier. It's great to know we can call on you and get a fair price and professional craftsmen to do the work. This is THE company I would recommend for all of your renovation needs. Quentin is efficient, detail oriented, friendly and affordable...like REALLY affordable. I can tell that he puts a lot of thought into his quote to make sure you get the best deal possible. He works with you if you want to get your own materials so you can keep it in budget as well.

On this job, our guest bathroom, we knew we wanted Quentin to help us with it. Here's a rundown of everything they did...

1. Moved toilet to a different wall
2. Replace plumbing and put it in the wall to provide more space
3. Install floor tile
4. Install bathtub w/ subway tile surround w/ niche
5. Install shower pipes and fixtures

Acuity Builders is doing some work on our church. Ken and his team have done a great job communicating and meeting the timelines they projected at the start. If an issue arises Ken is always willing to do what it takes to get the issue resolved. I would recommend Ken and his team to anyone.

Two years ago we had Retro Pro remodel our guest bathroom, and because we were so pleased with their work my wife and I decided to have the dynamic team work their brilliant magic on our master bathroom. Once again we were impressed with the final outcome. It is always fascinating to witness Eric and Angela’s creative design come to fruition in addition to the talent, dedication and exquisite workmanship of Omar and Blake. (We specifically requested Omar to be our project manager because he is awesome!) What was unique about our second collaboration with Retro Pro is that my wife was (finally!) fully involved in the process. As a result she insisted on writing her own personal review, which I’ll post below on her behalf:

“I'm a person who does not like to get involved with any kind of home maintenance/remolding and rather leave that all to my husband to deal with. But since meeting with Retro Pro, Eric and Angela are such a dream to work with. They both have such a wonderful warmth and you can tell they care and love their job and make you feel welcomed, comfortable, and include you in what they do to make sure you are happy. This same warmth trickles down to their staff, Omar and Blake, who are true caring professionals that help bring Eric and Angela’s vision to life. I'm also putting in a request to Retro Pro to please appreciate and hold on to Omar and Blake real tight because I want them back sooner than later to remodel our kitchen next! :)”

With that said, and without going into too much detail, there were a few issues that occurred during the tile phase of the project that did not involve Omar and Blake. In brief, there were a few questionable actions by the “tile guy” that delayed the completion of our project. However, despite the inconvenience it was nothing that Eric did (or could) not quickly and efficiently address with our complete satisfaction. Interestingly, we did end up benefiting as a result. So, it was a blessing in disguise. Our only hope is that this particular team member learns from his honest mistake for we do believe that he is great at his craft and means well.

It is always a joy and pleasure working with the entire Retro Pro team and we will without a doubt work with them again for our future home project(s)!

We hired Brian for two different projects. He completed a cabinet installation botched by the cabinet company. The cabinet company left our kitchen island unfinished. Brian did a beautiful and very professional job. He matched colors and materials in kitchen island and the result was better than expected. The second project was to remove/replace our water heater. The install and removal were great. One year later we discovered a defect with the water heater that created a gas leak. We called Brian and he came out the next day with a replacement part and fixed the problem under the manufacturer’s warranty for the part ands his personal warranty for the labor. Both projects were done to our satisfaction. Brian is a true professional and a pleasure to work with.

The first time I worked on one of Project Construction LLC's jobs as a sub it was evident that Robert knew what he was doing. He's well organized, clean, and likes to work smart. Not to mention, his attention to detail is outstanding. I give this builder two thumbs up and will use him on all of my personal projects in the future.

ATR was fantastic putting together some complicated furniture and hanging a couple of heavy rugs that required exact measurements and anchors. Before they left, I made sure to engage them for other handyman tasks, and now that I've found someone completely reliable, I'm planning a few major projects that I will use them for, as well. Highly recommend!

Need a actual honest to goodness Handyman that really does know what he is doing? This is the real deal! We had several projects from small to large and Jeremy along with his co-handyman (sorry I forgot your name) finished with QUALITY all of them in less than 5 hours! I highly recommend Qualtire. They do great work! We use them for all our plumbing needs and they remodeled our kitchen, master bath and guest bath. Beautiful work!
