Steve and his crew did an excellent job on 3 bathroom remodels for us. All 3 turned out better than we could have expected. Excellent workmanship, fast and on time. Anything extra was communicated to us clearly and was definitely needed (replacement of rotted underflooring or more tile to raise the height in a shower). I would definitely use him again and would recommend him without hesitation.

My bathroom remodel was done during the difficult time of the pandemic when there were supply shortages and workmen shortages. The remodel took longer than anticipated and there were a few glitches along the way. However, I am happy in the long run. Holtzman was very responsive to the issues that occurred and made things right. To me, that is a huge plus for them as a company. Problems and mistakes do happen, but how they are handled is the most important factor.

They did a great job on our house remodel. New floors, paint, kitchen blacksplash and room conversion. Very happy. They cleaned up well too. Worked with Nelson.

For us, it started with a master shower remodel in our 42 year old home. We were so pleased, we had them remodel our guest bath. Next was a complete kitchen remodel/install. Then a completely new floor (remove old flooring and install new floor) throughout the house and bathrooms, including all new painted baseboards, repairing drywall, etc. The interior of our home looks modern and fabulous.

The staff & crew were all very nice and hard workers, they all took pride in their work. Andrew helped us choose the things we needed and got us the best prices on new appliances. He also worked with us to accommodate our needs and our schedules during this time..... It was all well worth it.

We have recommended PJH Construction to others, and plan to use them for future improvements.

I have worked with Jeff for over 5 years in our home remodel projects. His knowledge is broad because he has done all jobs related to cabinets and countertops working his way from the ground up. He knows design and installation like no other. His skill set is critical because he never overlooks the tiny little details that make a huge difference in the end. He is easy to reach, prompt to return calls and does his very best to be available to meet you at the showroom, or at your job site, to accommodate your needs. He is on time for appointments, communicates with you about the status of your order so you can keep your contractors lined up and keep your schedule on track. Not everyone does all this, or has people that understand the importance of timing. We have shopped around a lot, and twice used other companies, but learned our lesson and just go to Jeff for our cabinet or countertop needs now. I hesitate to refer anyone, but Jeff is one of only 3 people I would recommend to others. (For the other two, one does hardscapes and one is a painter.) We had Spicegirl Remodeling renovate our kitchen this summer. New floor, countertops, tiling, lots of painting. We are extremely pleased with how the kitchen came out. Ericka was awesome and did what was necessary to ensure a great outcome. As with just about any project of this nature there will be bumps along the way but it is how those bumps are dealt with that matters. Ericka was flawless in handling those bumps and we can't thank her enough. After several months everything is holding up beautifully. Her crew was also very professional and we enjoyed having them work in our home. I highly recommend them!

This is pretty long but so was our bathroom remodeling job. I'm listing the problems in order of seriousness:
Didn't shut off water when connecting new vanity and ruptured a pipe damaging our nearly new carpeting. Removed carpet protection to dry out carpet. Subsequently the painter tripped and dumped a pint of paint on the carpet which also splattered across the bedroom damaging the bed comforter and pillows. He tried to clean up latex paint with turpentine leaving a reeking smelly mess. Had to call in a disaster recovery company to salvage the situation. Touch up done with wrong paint finish so the room had to be repainted. The shower tile not level for glass door installation. It
took 20 weeks to finish from start of demolition when they estimated 6-8 week job. The contract front-loaded payments so no incentive to finish.
The vanity was missing two drawers. They never ordered handicap grab bars nor the door. When shower was finished the hot water limiter was incorrectly installed so there was no hot water making for a cold first shower.
Since there was no dumpster, trash accumulated and wasn't promptly picked up until we complained sometimes multiply. From the beginning and through the whole project, there was poor communications about what would be done when, including showing up unannounced and not showing up when they said they would.

Robert Davis (West Haven Builders) has done several remodeling projects in our home for my husband and I. Each job was completed just as we had hoped and asked for. We had seen some of his previous work in other satisfied customers homes and knew we wanted him to help us. His estimates and quotes were very reasonable. He never promised something he couldn't do. He stayed within the estimates and went above and beyond to ensure we were pleased with the job. We appreciated his honesty, good communication and his patience with us if we decided to make a slight change midstream. He is a professional in every sense! We highly recommend Robert!

This review is written after contracting Stronghold Remodeling for our master bathroom remodel. We removed shower/tub combo and created one large walk in shower. Trevor and his team did an amazing job with our remodel design and install. He was professional, timely, and fun to work with. Trevor made the process easy from start to finish! We thought we would spend forever deciding what design to go with but he walked us through all the considerations. He turned around the installation in the timeline he promised (during COVID, to clarify) and was patient when other workers impeded his workspace. My master bathroom looks phenomenal. We will use Stronghold Remodeling again on any project, highly recommend!

They removed walls and really opened up our space into a beautiful new home! Joe made great suggestions that only a good contractor would think about, and we greatly appreciated his expertise. The quality of workmanship was excellent and Joe's attention to detail, as well as his commitment to customer service, made this major project quite painless. At the end of it all, Joe really wants his clients to be happy and is willing to do what it takes to make that happen!

D&D Construction is a company that I will avoid because no one answers their phone nor call back.

Breached our contract.they did nothing but measure the bathroom.do not use this company.

We used Republic West Landscapes for our tree trimming needs, we have a very big and come to find out, very dangerous eucalyptus tree that needed to be trimmed. Jake and his team did everything that they said they would and on schedule. We are very happy that we used Republic West Landscapes!

Utilized Mesic in order to repair a water loss we had in our home. They provided great customer Service, Were responsive and helped to make sure things were done in a timely manner. We were back in our home within weeks instead of the 60-90 days we were originally told by the adjuster. We will use again!

I tried getting an estimate from these guys to remodel our bathrooms, I stated I was getting other estimates and the guy asked how many I was getting, once I stated the number of estimates, he said they wouldn't do business with me . In short, the guy was pretty rude and unprofessional.

I'm trying to get a quote. But got hung up on. Not a good experience.
