We love our new bathroom!

My wife and I are extremely pleased with the overall project. There are always hiccups when doing home renovations but Al and his crew were very professional and kept me in the loop through each and every step.

Buyer beware. I almost did a remodel through this company and I'm so glad I didn't. Steve came to our house for an estimate on a bathroom remodel. The estimate was for $20,000. He charged about 20% more than other quotes we received. But I liked Steve so we went with him. The company then goes through a design phase which no joke takes about 2.5 months. The entire design phase they give us no quote. At the end of the design phase they quoted us at $65,000 for a very simple bathroom upgrade. Small bathroom, nothing fancy. We weren't moving walls. We weren't moving the tub, shower or sinks. No way it could be more than $25,000. They could not break out the price for us one bit. No price for the tile, no price for the sinks, nothing. They got mad when we asked them to break out the price. Seemed very very very fishy to me. When I called them out for being fishy, they left and we never heard from them again. We still gave them $1,000 for the design. I feel like this company could be running some kind of construction scam. I just don't trust them. Go with someone that you can get a bunch of positive referrals from.

They had been recommended by Silver City Restorations and I couldn’t be any happier with the results. The shower looks great and they did exactly how I wanted to be setup and it really does looks amazing. Definitely telling all my friends about them.

Working with Veny was a pleasure. He helped me select the best option for the built-in desk top. He did a beautiful job installing it. He also cut a top for a table base that I had which turned out great! The picture is after Veny's install and during the upper cabinet installation.

XLT Construction made an appointment to give me an estimate for a bathroom remodel. The gentleman came out, took measurements, and I never heard from him again. That would be fine, and the end of the story if XLT left me alone. But on at least 30 occasions over the past 6 months, i have received emails from XLT BEGGING ME to leave a review for them. I bit my tongue the first 29 times, but the harassment was relentless. Every other day I was being asked by this apparently horrible and inept company to give them a review. So THIS is that review: I found XLT unreliable, unprofessional, scary reckless and I company i would not recommend to anyone under any circumstances. This should have been obvious to the owner(s) of the business, given that the original on-site estimator never prepared an estimate and disappeared from the face of the earth. Yet the owners are oblivious to this, consistent with their other business practices, and gambled that i might somehow have something good to say about XLT. I have NOTHING good to say about XLT.

Steve was professional, friendly and very thorough. Appreciate him wearing a mask as well as offering to put on shoe coverings. The cabinet handles, sliding pantry shelf installation, garage cabinet removal and repair of exterior coach light were all performed extremely well. Our plan is, at a later date, to have your guys return to re-hang the garage cabinet that was removed and paint the interior garage walls. Our relationship with you over the past almost 10 years has truly made our lives easier. It's great to know we can call on you and get a fair price and professional craftsmen to do the work. We had an amazing experience with Kenny and his crew. Kenny was very attentive and communicated well in all aspects of our remodel. We replaced all flooring, filled in a sunken living room, replaced all doors and windows, as well as all baseboards, remodeled the master bathroom and kitchen and painted the inside and outside of our home, all in three months time. We highly recommend him!

After extensive research and meeting with different remodeling companies we decided to go forward with Luxury Remodels. Jerzy and Ron listened to my project ideas and executed them to the highest of standards. I met with Steve, our project manager, shortly after and discussed my vision for our complete home renovation project. Tony and his crew were very professional, cleaned up after themselves daily, easy to work with. Had good ideas and at a very reasonable price. Would use this company again for any remodeling job.

Retro Pro did a phenomenal job with our Master Bath and we would use them again for future remodeling and/or recommendations. My husband and I met with Eric and Angela last year to discuss remodeling our very tiny master bath. We wanted to incorporate part of the closet to make room for a tub while also redesign the bathroom to feel more spacious. They were very interested in our ideas while also being up-front with what would work within the space available.

Eric and Angela were patient on deliberating with us. And, after closing in on a final plan we quickly chose our finishes with Angela's help. We had met at our place to take measurements and Angela had gathered information on our tastes for colors, cabinets, countertops etc. She was ready when we came to their shop with options that would fit our style. Because we travel, the work would be done while we were out of town. This worked great for us and everything was done without a hitch. Eric's attention to detail and the ability to articulate the information via texts and phone made communication easy. Additionally, Steve, the production manager and Nestor the project manager were in communication daily with comments and pictures via text. So, we always knew what was happening. The finished product was better than we could have imagined.

I worked with Robert and he was very honest and fair. He also did good work and has great customer service. I would recommend him for remodels or almost any of your construction needs. Great experience.
