We recently remodeled our master bathroom with Phoenix Home Remodeling. After having at least six other companies come through and give us a bid, we never felt comfortable. Then we met with Phoenix Home Remodeling. They were upfront, honest, and able to answer our questions. We decided to move ahead with Phoenix Home Remodeling for the project. Then entire process was fantastic. We were able to diagram out every single thing we wanted, and they made it happen. We had good dialouge throughout. Every one of their employees was very pleasant, on time every day, and worked with us around our schedule. And the end result is beautiful. We are extremely pleased with our new bathroom. Special shoutout to Lupe on the tile work. It is immaculate.

Dale, Terone, and his team were great to work with. I did a full kitchen remodel, removed structural beams, new HVAC, cabinets, appliances, flooring, etc, and very pleased with how it turned out! Dale was very patient with some of the delays that were not his fault, and never grew frustrated with the process or some of the issues we ran into during the remodel process. He’s honest, fair, and can handle any of your remodel needs! Highly recommend and can get the job done!

The scope of the project was to remove a Jacuzzi tub and shower, then install a walk in shower. The duration of the job was to be 4 weeks. From the get go the attention to detail was excellent. Extra care was taken to protect the rest of the house from dust and debris. Each of the workers involved in the job were respectful, attentive to our needs, and very nice people. The tile work on the floors and in the shower was performed by an artisan. Throughout the entire process my input was requested which I appreciated so much. We are so thrilled with the outcome and will consider using this company for some future kitchen work. The project finished on budget and ahead of schedule. What more could I ask.

Having her choose the design for us gave us such peace of mind to know that everything would be within the budget and create a cohesive look for our space. We got a qoute for our project November 2021. It took months to get through permits, etc through the city. I realize this is not their fault. It turned out to be almost over $20k over their quote!! For a rooftop patio!! A roof top patio that we were told would take about 6 weeks to complete. Obviously it took way longer....We are now in January of 2023!! We had so many hold ups. Lumber prices went up, we had 3 different electricians out here, so many things came up over and over again. People in and out of our yard for months. My office is in my backyard and I couldn't work from there for months. I understand projects can cause issues but this was way over the top. We asked for deadlines and they were all missed over and over again. We had cracks, leaking, and then our travertine was flooded. They said it was a home owner issue, but my husband took work off that day and took pictures of everything.Turns out someone didn't cap a pipe from months ago and caused a leak in our yard that's been going on for months. We paid for that for months. We weren't given a disount for ANYTHING! I was so unhappy with how everything was handled. We waited days and weeks for issues to get fixed and no apologies. We paid throughout the process and when we owed our last payment, we were contacted to get it resolved immediately. We have several other projects that we want to do for our house but will never do this again with this company. If you make a mistake or over promise...make up for it. You FAILED!
