We met with John who was very friendly an accommodating to our busy schedule and came up with a very fair and competitive price. The proposal was very easy to understand and we paid what was quoted NO HIDDEN COST!! Now we have a INCREDIBLE master bath to enjoy daily! Such a wonderful feeling with my budgeting family! Thanks to Homework Remodels for a great job helping me restore my 1920s home. After the restoration was complete on the original house, they built my addition which included a master suite, a laundry room and a breakfast nook. They are very knowledgeable about historic restoration and they knew how to work with the historic society and the city to get the proper approvals and permits needed to meet the historic preservation requirements. They were a pleasure to work with and the new addition looks like it was part of the original house.

We made an appointment for the estimate on a Friday . Had to call to see why the had shown up. They never scheduled my estimate ! Don’t waste your time like I did and call someone else.

I have used this company a few different times. They recently replaced a roof on my house I was trying to sell. They helped me with the insurance claim process and supplied all the necessary pictures and documents to support the claim. Once the claim was settled, which was very quick due to the supported pictures/documents, the old roof was removed and the new roof was installed within 4 days. They also worked with my HOA to make sure the shingles were approved. Due to their efficiency my closing was not delayed. I would recommend them to anyone. The roof looks great also.

Dishonest, estimates and final costs changed several times, plan on no changes or owner gets uptight and upset . Customer is on owners schedule when he wants to do your order and installs. Wants a large amount of money upfront (70%). Cashes customers checks BEFORE ordering cabinets (took months to place our order). Customer had to reschedule other workers due to Trinity’s delays. Cabinets installed but never adjusted. No customer satisfaction phone calls to ensure customer is happy. Highly recommend using another more professional business with higher ethics. Very torturous working with Trinity! We recommended 4 other neighbors to a more reputable company for remodel.

True Craftsmen. Dan and Danny did a flawless job with our new interior doors and cat door installation. Looks like they were always a part of the house. The Patio Pergola tho was much more amazing than I thought it could be. they took a very basic sketch i had and made a beautiful and sturdy construction that Im sure will last forever. it is well constructed, great quality and most importantly functional so we can enjoy our new shaded patio. They were very communicative, using text and email which i appreciate. Always on time and very respectful of the home. I will use their expert services again for sure. Thanks Guys!

Steve and his team renovated our 1950s Arcadia Lite home this summer. We met with nearly 10 contractors to get quotes and Steve's pricing and schedule were in line with or better than most but we went with Steve based on the comfort level we had with him after our first meeting. Steve asks all the right questions and provided suggestions and inputs that made our project so much better. Our work included removing multiple load bearing walls and installing beams in our ceiling and support footers; associated drywall work and some additional drywall work; installation of all new flooring and baseboards; retexturizing of the entire great room ceiling; movement of electrical switches and outlets and installation of new recessed lighting and chandeliers/fixtures; plumbing in our laundry room; addition of a tankless water heater and the associated electrical work; removal of microwave and cabinetry and replacement with a range hood and accent backsplash in the kitchen; and the addition of an island in our kitchen. Steve was a great communicator and the only reason the project took longer and cost more than originally quoted was because of work scope we added. In fact, Steve offset some of that increased cost with cost reductions in other areas. We couldn't be happier with the results and when we complete additional renovations over time in our home we will contact Sun Country Renovations without question.

Robert from West Haven Builders removed a wall, popcorn ceiling and moved electrical outlet/light. He always responded quickly. His quote came in at a competitive price. What I really appreciated was he kept me informed and updated, was on time. He also always kept the work area cleaned and cleaned up when finished. I will definitely use West Haven Builders again. Trevor was professional when I met him. We are doing a remodel of our kitchen, laundry room and den (which is a fairly large project). Trevor listened and all seemed good but we never got the quote and there is a $40 charge just to meet him. The problem and reason of the bad review is we never heard back from him nor a quote, so I basically paid 40 bucks for someone to listen to me for 30 mins about what I want. He did mention there was a shortage of staff (a day or two after our meeting) so he kept promising and pushing the quote until he stopped responding. Lesson learned is be upfront and set the expectations to a larger timeframe not to be under the gun. We are very patient as long as people are honest and communicate ahead of time.

I reached out to Juan at G&C Construction to get a quote for replacing the floors, countertops, and backsplash in my house. Juan responded quickly and came out the next day to walk through the house, get measurements and discuss the plan and provide me a quote. The next day I received a detailed quote with a breakdown of all the costs. He and his crew were able to start as soon as I needed them to. Once I was ready Juan came out again with the crew to introduce me and once again confirm the plan (flooring direction, countertops, etc). Juan quoted 2 weeks to finish the job and they finished in exactly 2 weeks and I could not be happier with the outcome. I have dealt with many contractors in the past, so I was waiting for some sort of hiccup or delay, but that never happened. Juan has been the most reliable and communicative contractor I have ever worked with. I highly recommend him for any work you need done in your home.

We initially came up with the idea of remodeling our home and heard of Republic West on KTAR radio. We interviewed 3 companies in total and did our research but we liked the way that RW had the website set up with the Dream Assurance Plan, the Customer Rights, etc all laid out
and organized and throrough throughout the site and felt they were a good company to go with.
We called them and scheduled an initial consultation at our home in March with our designer, Steven and had a very good first impression - He exedued a lot of experience and that was great since this was our first time remodeling so we didnt know exactly what to ask. He lead us on to feel us out so we know what we wanted. We had a basic idea of what we wanted but he was able to give us a much clearer vision. The kitchen for example was much more than we could have initially envisioned. Pretty much the whole kitchen was his idea - we had an initial idea with what we wanted but he came back with a computer rendering as well as a blueprint / floor plan and we were amazed -
it looked much better than we were originally expecting.

We ended up starting the project in the middle of summer. We had to take the wall down and they put up a temporary wall. Needless to say, it was hot! We hoped they had that new wall finished quickly but unfortunately we didnt make it before the monsoon season. There was some initial delays which resulted in the storms coming in. It seemed like not much was happening at first but once things got into motion they were here every day. One thing we appreciated is that they cleaned up after they were done every day. We were prepared to clean but they always made sure they left it as nice as possible. They also made sure they caught up from the delay. They stayed consistent with the schedule as much as they could but there were some issues as far as coordinating
with the workers but you can tell they were able to adapt to situations quickly - the foreman jack was able to get people in and out as needed.
Despite the slow start they made sure they met the promised deadline and actually finished a week early.
Overall, Jack was really responsive to situations - I spoke to Steven about replacing a window with a french door - I wanted a door there but I would need some kind of air circulation so I wanted one with a side light. They ended up giving us one without sidelights but they were able to easily fix the problem - they were always very responsive and quick and jack was always there to remedy it.

Overall the kitchen and fireplace totally exceeds our expectations to this day - the fireplace the tiling and everything else turned out wonderfully - we would have never anticipated anything better than this!
