I hired (Design Tree) after seeking quotes on the Internet. I was impressed with the representative and the detail he went to in preparing the quote. The irrigation people were here yesterday and today the shrub pruners came. I was very impressed with the professionalism of both groups. My yard looks better than it ever looked. I made the right choice.

I had been a customer for a couple years and all was good (5 stars) until their crew botched trimming my shrubs (4 stars) five days before Thanksgiving. I spoke with Sergio who promised to have them out to fix the trim before Thanksgiving but he never did. He then avoided my calls so I fired him. Bottom line: They were great until they weren't.

The five-man crew of amazing professionals finished removing my huge Ficus tree and large roots spiraling through my lawn in about an hour. Then they cleaned everything, front and back, and there was not even a rock out of place They did a fantastic job, excellent in every way!
