Robert took such good care of us. We had an excellent experience in the store - he didn't try to oversell us - and the technicians who came to our home were efficient and skilled. Working with desert custom flooring was a great experience! We had two bathrooms, kitchen/pantry floor, and fireplace redone in our third floor condo.

We made the mistake of going “cheap” with the bathroom remodel the first time and we paid the price for it... finding a good company you trust that has warranties and licenses to back them up is so important! That’s exactly what you get with desert custom flooring! We wish we would’ve found them the first time around!

They’re a hard working group of men that enjoy what they do to make sure everything is just the way you want it! Not to mention they’re very clean!!

We love the work they did for us! Now that we have found them, we will definitely be recommending them to friends and using them in the future!

Unfortunately, we have had a horrible experience with this company. I would not recommend to friends and family.

- Errors with Design Contracts: Maggie was the designer
- Two Broken Cabinets
- Poor Delivery Date Estimates (6 weeks post-ETA)

The manager is unable and unwilling to talk to me about a discount or monetary compensation due to us working with a contractor (the contractor bought the materials).

My wife and I are extremely happy with how everything turned out! We had a entire bathroom remodeled, part of our kitchen updated, and had tile installed in majority of our home. I can’t say enough good things about Phoenix Home Remodeling, they communicated well, met all deadlines, and worked around our schedule.

I recently purchased my first home and hired On Demand Construction to do a total remodel. These guys had all of the answers and did a fabulous job!! I recommend this company for anyone wanting great work and a fair price.

Danny and Melissa and the rest of the crew are exceptional at what they do, and in our case we could not be happier with the results. We hired Solid Home Renovations based on what we observed when they remodeled a neighbors house. We saw not only the results but how they worked.

We had a total home remodel that took almost three months. The job was finished ahead of schedule and every step of the way, Danny communicated well and performed with maximum quality for all aspects of the remodel.

I observed Danny with my neighbors remodel and saw how much he cared about his customers and made sure that every step was taken to make sure they were happy and secure in the quality of the job. We were pretty thrilled to get the same treatment and even better the same quality in our results.

My wife and I hired Rick to do a major renovation of our home (all bathrooms, garage, kitchen, laundry room, floors, etc.) in February of 2022. Our initial meetings with Rick in January 2022 were great. He was very responsive, friendly, and communicative. That was until we signed a contract with him and paid a $4000 permit retainer. As soon as we paid Rick the communication and proactiveness disappeared. To summarize the details below, it was a nightmare of 8 months just to get a permit approved by the city.
We were told he would have the initial plans ready for us within 2 weeks. It took over 6 weeks and multiple follow-ups just to get him to provide a draft of the remodel design which had numerous mistakes. The following day we sent an email with a list of all the mistakes that needed to be fixed including measurement corrections that I had to take myself.
3 weeks later and no word from Rick, I follow up to check and he indicates that he will be submitting the plans end of the week (April 12th). After many more follow-ups and involving the Refresh Renovations corporate we finally get him to submit the plans to the city on May 13th, 3+ months from signing the contract. Note, the contract indicated that the project would start in mid-April.
The plans that were submitted were riddled with issues and required THREE rounds of corrections! We finally got the permit approved at the beginning of October. Rick provided excuse after excuse throughout the whole process. I have worked with dozens of contractors in the past and Rick and Refresh Renovations were BY FAR THE WORST!
We canceled the build contract and have found much better professionals to complete the elements of the renovation.
