They did my kitchen two years ago.These guys are absolute professionals. The owner and his head guy are very hands-on, and know how a project is supposed to go together. Their knowledge is both broad and deep, as is their technical skill.
Plus, they listened to me, both before and during my renovation, and addressed all my questions and concerns. They also had a number of suggestions that I hadn't considered, some of which we incorporated during construction.
Just spoke with Robert regarding an addition I'm considering. Hoping to have the crew back on site this coming spring!

A basic professional that is knowledgeable, expert and also terrific to work with! Remodeling a cooking area is such a huge bargain that we put it off for quite time. The planning was really extensive. We had a terrific exchange of suggestions to ultimately develop the style and products we wanted and the end result shows it. We have a kitchen area remodel that is perfect for our household and also way of living.

The tub and tile surround in our rental property was old and outdated, so we called Bathtubs Revived of Phoenix for a refinishing quote. Colleen gave us a cost estimate over the phone, and we scheduled a date for them to reglaze everything. They were prompt, professional, and made our bathtub look brand new again!

Mario did the quartz countertops for our kitchen and laundry room remodels. Everything turned out great and he was super easy to work with and was fairly priced. He was especially flexible with working with us to hold our remnants from the kitchen while we finalized our needs for the laundry room.

They were awesome love them so much, they remodeled 5 room, and 2 closets, and built us a shed, they did a great job on every thing and getting things done on time and it's so beautiful, I would highly recommend Five40 for any of you remodeling needs and they did a great job on our shed, wonderful people, they started with our kitchen, living room, and bath and we loved everything so much we had them do our dining room and my husband man cave, then had them back to build our shed.

I am not sure I can express in words how wonderful the experience and quality of work Craig on-site and Andrew in coordinating in operations . We installed an eco water treatment system, Kitchen water filtration system, and a routine repair on a bathroom sink. It was greeted promptly, with a quick visit to the house, an outline of options. Craig listened to what I said, researched something I had heard of, and produced it within a week even in the midst of COVID. While onsite on that project, he noticed an existing issue and potential problems developing with my water heater. No urgency on it just fact and possible issues. Again, my options were outlined in discussion as well as on the contract. We ended up purchasing an instant hot water heater system that has completely solved all of our water problems (running the water for 10 mins before it gets warm). All paperwork was completed electronically so quickly and easily. Then as a complete surprise, they sent me an Amazon gift card with a nice note of thanks! Who does that these days? You will NOT be sorry. You do not have to have a large project or the most expensive. Call them, what are you waiting for? Now to know they do electrical and remodeling work - wow! I'm in.

Eric, Ryan, and their crew were amazing. Our project involved replacing all flooring, reconfiguring our kitchen, and custom walk-in showers in two bathrooms. It was our first major remodel and did not know what to expect and they helped us through the whole process, and we could not be happier with the results. Our order was big as we were replacing every cabinet in the house and adding some new ones which required creativity in the design. Despite delivery time delays due to unforeseen circumstances, Erik VanVoorhis worked so hard to accomodation my design changes from the get go. He was great at making modifications to the available designs to meet our intended design. After explaining my schedule constraints to Erik, he worked so hard including late evenings and weekends with the rest of the team at 'Sanels Wholesale Cabinets' to accomodate my renovation schedule. The installation team did a tremendeaous job and the final product shown in the photos speaks for the fine workmanship of the whole team. Remember, this big project cost was at 60% of the quotes I got from other companies in the Phoenix area. Thanks Sanels Wholesale Cabinets for adding beautiful touch to my home.

Crew was very unreliable.. would not show up on Saturdays. Twice waited all day for them and never showed up. Finally work was completed. Discovered one tile not attached to floor. Called in 3 times. Made appointments for repair by Briana Light. On 3 different occasions they were no call no show. Very disappointed on your follow up service. I’m having to pay a different contractor to repair your work.

DO NOT use this company defrauding consumers out of their money, and either not starting or completing work. Featured in local AZ news for these reasons, Google/YouTube them!!
