I recently purchased a 1933 historical home in Central Phoenix. The kitchen had been remodeled years ago but the cabinets were tired and needed to be refreshed. Structurally they were good so I called Adam at Redemption Renovations to see if they could help freshen things up. My intent was to try to get by for a year or two before I completely replaced the cabinets. Well, after Adam and his team did their magic, these cabinets will last me years longer than I ever expected! Adam’s team was amazing. The attention to detail and customer service was awesome! In these times where companies don’t seem to care about quality or customer service, Redemption Renovations exceeded all of my expectations. I had used XLT to install tile a few years ago, living room and hall wood look tile and they installed with a 1/3 split to make it look like real wood. Leonel called every day making sure all was well. The workers showed up on time every day and did an excellent job. Finished project was perfect. Now I am re-tiling baths and though not a large job, still received excellent service and again bath #1 has been tiled work was again perfect. Leonel called after the job was complete to get feedback on the tile installer whom did an awesome job. So, it was worth my time to review this company I have not used for any other projects other than tile however I would not hesitate to contact Leonel for other projects. He is very involved even on a small bath tile job. Which shows me that he takes his reputation seriously, and always makes certain that you were satisfied with not only the finished project but also the worker who did the job. Keep up the good work Leonel.. More companies should do this.

Just had my bathroom remodel done by AZ New Bath. I was impressed by Jake's work ethic as well as the fantastic job he did on my new shower. I'm a satisfied customer!

I used them to renovate 2 small bathrooms after a mold removal was done. I was in contact with Ali and George. I doubt I will use them again and won’t refer anyone to them.
I thought it was a lot of money to pay since one of the bathrooms wasn’t a full renovation but I needed it done and didn’t have time to shop around. The work was ok, but the communication was awful. The first incident was when I went to the house, it didn’t look like anything had been done after 3 days. I finally reached out to Ali who explained the situation. I then told him that he needs to keep customers updated. After they “finished” the job, I went over to the house to find the shower doors hadn’t been put back on the walk in shower. I texted both Ali and George. After receiving no response, I called Ali and he stated that the shower doors didn’t fit and that they didn’t know I wanted them back on and that wasn’t included in the contract. He also said that would be extra. I had texted George and told him earlier but received no response from him.
Apparently, they also don’t know how to measure because I now have a lot of extra drywall that I have to pay them for and I doubt I will ever use.
I am definitely not happy with the experience.

This is THE company I would recommend for all of your renovation needs. Quentin is efficient, detail oriented, friendly and affordable...like REALLY affordable. I can tell that he puts a lot of thought into his quote to make sure you get the best deal possible. He works with you if you want to get your own materials so you can keep it in budget as well.

We worked with Lux in 2018 and had a horrible experience with our bathroom renovation. We found them to be arrogant and pushy, without the expertise to help our project turn out well. They used a sealant on the marble floor that turned the marble darker, and mixed up the grout color on the floor/wall. It seemed like they were more concerned with getting our project done quickly than anything else. While I appreciated the organized, assembly-line approach from an efficiency perspective, it was not the type of remodeling service we were expecting and we did not like the way the project was turning out. We lost 15K when it was all said and done, and then had to start the whole project over with another contractor! It seems as if some of the team has changed since that time, but my husband and I would definitely not recommend!!

Tony and his crew were a pleasure to work with. They did first class professional work and the finished job reflected their commitment and dedication to providing a outstanding finished project at a fair price. I would not hesitate to use them again and would recommend them to anyone looking for a contractor.

We just completed our whole house remodeling done by Elodia, and her Son Ivan. We cant say enough on how efficient they were the whole crew that was involved were very perfectional! We ran into a few snags but they were quick to make everything right!

We selected Retro Pro for a major remodel project (kitchen, 3 bathrooms, wall/slider to the outside, and whole house flooring) after getting quotes from 4 different companies. We went with them because of Eric's vision after he heard what we were trying to accomplish, the time and energy he and Angela spent on us just to get an initial quote, and the trust and respect instilled in those first couple of meetings. Our gut was spot on! This huge project was such a good experience with Eric, Angela, Steve, Omar, and the rest of the staff! Their communication throughout the project was phenomenal; stayed in constant contact for progress and questions, we were never left hanging or wondering, and Eric was always in tune to any hesitations or requests we had. Angela learned what style we like, and helped design our project beautifully. They really listened to what we wanted, and designed it so. They did my kitchen two years ago.These guys are absolute professionals. The owner and his head guy are very hands-on, and know how a project is supposed to go together. Their knowledge is both broad and deep, as is their technical skill.
Plus, they listened to me, both before and during my renovation, and addressed all my questions and concerns. They also had a number of suggestions that I hadn't considered, some of which we incorporated during construction.

I had such a great experience that I just wanted to share for any of you looking to remodel in the future. Nick with Mustache Approved Remodeling was absolutely phenomenal. He was professional, kind, walked me through things step by step, worked in a timely and organized manner, and was ON TIME EVERY DAY. He even went as far as showing up when he had his other professionals scheduled to make sure THEY showed up on time. His prices were better than 2 other quotes I recieved, he has warranties and only uses materials that also have seperate warranties and made my life so much easier through the process. I had a leak in my shower and had to replace the entire thing, because of that, he made a point to try and get things done for me even quicker because he knew this was a bad situation for us. If you are looking for someone, HE IS YOUR GUY. Get other quotes if you must, but I promise you he will likely beat them, and he will do better.

I am honestly so impressed with this company. everyone has been amazing. they sent a salesman to my house and he didnt try to upsell me. I told him that I was interested in the $29 sf deal and he wrote me out a quote that same day. he was great. next came the man who did the measurements and again amazing. he even explained the whole process of how they measure and the equipment he was using and it really is interesting and impressive. then came install day. those guys worked so hard getting everything perfect in my imperfect kitchen. you cannot see the seam, the granite is beautiful, everything is perfect and I couldn't be happier. it is a little difficult to get someone on the phone but so worth it. they were also on time with each scheduled appointment. i noticed the truck mentioned they do flooring which is next on my to do list and I will definitely be calling them.
