I had a wonderful experience with Dream Bath. They installed a beautiful walk-in tub, in my Mothers home. From the start, they listened intently and were extremely professional and timely in their services. They walked me through any and all of the kinks and details of the remodel, and were detailed and patient with any answers to questions I had. Their estimate was right on and the time frame they gave me was honest and actually faster than I had thought this kind of remodel would take.. I have no complaints or reservations at all. I highly recommend Dream Bath for remodel or handywork needs without a doubt.

We needed to have two of our bathrooms remodeled; our master bathroom and family/guest bathroom. We had three companies come to our home to give us estimates and ideas. Each of the first two sent one person for the estimate. I was disappointed after meeting with them. Basically, all I received was an estimate price of what it would cost to complete and absolutely no design concepts or architectural ideas. I then contacted Retro-Pro and made an appointment with Eric and Angela. They arrived on time and spent approximately one hour going over the project. Eric offered architectural/building ideas while Angela gave design details. I was impressed. They offered information that I had not previously considered or knew. They explained that all the workers that would be at our home are their employees and that nothing is subcontracted. They gave me an exact price on what our project would cost and we made another appointment to meet at their design studio to go over tile and fixture options. They began work on November 14th and the final walk through was on December 22nd, 2016. They assigned a Project Manager, Omar, and he was in contact with us daily as to the progress of the project. He answered all our questions during the construction and addressed any issues or concerns that we had. The construction crews respected our home by using plenty of plastic sheeting and heavy duty paper to protect our belongings and our floors. Angela and Steve, Project Supervisor, would stop by every few days to monitor how the project was progressing. We now have two beautiful bathrooms that we will enjoy for years to come. Angela’s design talents shine every time we enter one of our bathrooms. We are so grateful that the project was handled start-to-finish with such professionalism and with the utmost respect for our home. The craftsmanship is second to none. I would not hesitate to hire Retro-Pro again or to recommend them to anyone who is looking for a low-stress, highly-professional company to create a beautiful kitchen or bath environment in their home.

They did my kitchen two years ago.These guys are absolute professionals. The owner and his head guy are very hands-on, and know how a project is supposed to go together. Their knowledge is both broad and deep, as is their technical skill.
Plus, they listened to me, both before and during my renovation, and addressed all my questions and concerns. They also had a number of suggestions that I hadn't considered, some of which we incorporated during construction.
Just spoke with Robert regarding an addition I'm considering. Hoping to have the crew back on site this coming spring!

They did an amazing kitchen for me I highly recommend them and Next they’re doing my bathrooms.

Five 40 was hired to complete a 500 sq. ft. addition to the house. The addition included the construction of an entirely new bathroom. They were also completely remodeling the master suite. The staff was courteous and professional during the process.
We did have a few hiccups during the process, mostly due to supplier's inability to deliver components on time. Five40 was excellent in communicating the delays and working around them to the best of their ability.

In short, I'd recommend Shannon and the gang for any remodeling needs.

We worked extensively with Superior while we remodeled our 150 unit apartment building in Scottsdale. Their pricing is highly competitive, and their customer service is great. If there was ever an issue they worked quickly to correct it. I can't recommend them enough!

We had such an incredible experience working with Cody, Fay, and the entire A1 Team. My husband and I planned and saved for a long time to do a pretty extensive remodel on our home. It was a huge investment for us, and it was honestly scary; especially when you hear horror stories about contractors. We called several places, and could barely even get a call back, until we found A1. I sent in an online inquiry, and within an hour, afterhours that same evening, I received a call from Fay. Immediately, I felt comfortable and at ease working with her. Major bonus points for first impressions. But the best part is, that level of care never wavered through the whole process. Cody arrived a few days’ later and spent hours with us, walking through every detail, taking meticulous notes, measuring everything necessary, and was able to provide us a thorough quote on the spot. We knew then and there that we had found the right partners for our project. Once we got started, their team arrived promptly every day, were always friendly and made sure to greet our dog Daisy (we called her the project supervisor), and left their workspace clean at the end of every day. It’s intrusive having a group of strangers in your home daily for weeks at a time, but after a couple days it didn’t feel that way. It felt like having a group of your buddies hanging out that just happened to be knocking down walls and laying down flooring. Cody was very hands on, stopping by frequently to check in on the quality and progress of his team’s work. Anytime there were any questions or concerns that needed to be addressed, he and Fay did so promptly. But in the end, what really matters is the results. Our home looks BEAUTIFUL. They created our dream home. Every detail is perfect and we stayed right on budget. I couldn’t be more grateful that we found them. We’re already thinking of future projects. Daisy especially misses her friends visiting every day!

We got gorgeous white shakers and quartz counters for our small kitchen and are satisfied with the quality! There were hiccups with the install of both (as expected in any reno) but our salesperson, Eric, was EXTREMELY personable and communicative, which I really appreciate.

We vetted multiple remodeling companies before we selected McCurdy Construction- and SO GLAD WE DID. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience than working with the amazing & talented group like this company. This was a total remodel of our 20 year old Master Bath! From the very beginning, Mike, Leyda, Greg and their team were Open, Creative, innovative AND Patient with all our questions and requests ! No matter the point of the project- at the end of the day, you could eat off the floor. Their customer service is one of best we have ever experienced! Each of member of the crew put our concerns and needs at the top of their list-making sure that everything expected was in place – and more! The high quality of the products matched their customer service! The schedule was paced on our timeline and on the mark from beginning to end.

My wife and I hired Rick to do a major renovation of our home (all bathrooms, garage, kitchen, laundry room, floors, etc.) in February of 2022. Our initial meetings with Rick in January 2022 were great. He was very responsive, friendly, and communicative. That was until we signed a contract with him and paid a $4000 permit retainer. As soon as we paid Rick the communication and proactiveness disappeared. To summarize the details below, it was a nightmare of 8 months just to get a permit approved by the city.
We were told he would have the initial plans ready for us within 2 weeks. It took over 6 weeks and multiple follow-ups just to get him to provide a draft of the remodel design which had numerous mistakes. The following day we sent an email with a list of all the mistakes that needed to be fixed including measurement corrections that I had to take myself.
3 weeks later and no word from Rick, I follow up to check and he indicates that he will be submitting the plans end of the week (April 12th). After many more follow-ups and involving the Refresh Renovations corporate we finally get him to submit the plans to the city on May 13th, 3+ months from signing the contract. Note, the contract indicated that the project would start in mid-April.
The plans that were submitted were riddled with issues and required THREE rounds of corrections! We finally got the permit approved at the beginning of October. Rick provided excuse after excuse throughout the whole process. I have worked with dozens of contractors in the past and Rick and Refresh Renovations were BY FAR THE WORST!
We canceled the build contract and have found much better professionals to complete the elements of the renovation.
