Pro Bathtub Refinishing refinished our bathtub and tile surround in our guest bathroom. It looked like new when they were finished. We were selling the house and many potential purchasers stated that the tub had been replaced--it was in fact the old steel green 1958 bathtub. The tile work also looked new. The service was exceptional, they showed up on time, protected the surrounding area, and made the bathroom spotless. I would recommend them to anyone who needs their bathroom brightened up.

From the first meeting with Brian to the end of my remodel I had excellent customer service. Jerry, Debbie, Jeremy, Ritchie, and Scott are a great team. I remodeled my laundry room, powder room, study, master bedroom, master bathroom, and hallway and I LOVE it! So much fun working with Debbie and picking out flooring, cabinets, countertops, etc. Jerry was the Supervisor and always kept me updated on what to expect when. I think this company is out of business. I left three messages over the course of three weeks seeking an appt to get modifications done for a disability. I heard nothing and cannot believe there are any five star reviews. Maybe if they were actually in business they could get five stars. Although their voice mail says Independence Home Remodel and this is Mike they do not appear to be in business since they do not answer their phone or return voice messages. They do not deserve your money - either they don't need your work or are actually out of business.

Robert Davis (West Haven Builders) has done several remodeling projects in our home for my husband and I. Each job was completed just as we had hoped and asked for. We had seen some of his previous work in other satisfied customers homes and knew we wanted him to help us. His estimates and quotes were very reasonable. He never promised something he couldn't do. He stayed within the estimates and went above and beyond to ensure we were pleased with the job. We appreciated his honesty, good communication and his patience with us if we decided to make a slight change midstream. He is a professional in every sense! We highly recommend Robert!

Easy to communicate and very empathetic to the remodel. They not only managed my issues with bad weather and a whole load of old bathroom issues, but was open to working through the issues with patience and grace. I was a little pessimistic regarding this type of walk-in shower remodel with my older home - but found true artists of their skill. I'm not easily impressed but this time… Absolutely!! This bathroom should impress even the most skeptical. Thanks to Neoteric Builders who is actually capable of dreams come true!

Trevor was professional when I met him. We are doing a remodel of our kitchen, laundry room and den (which is a fairly large project). Trevor listened and all seemed good but we never got the quote and there is a $40 charge just to meet him. The problem and reason of the bad review is we never heard back from him nor a quote, so I basically paid 40 bucks for someone to listen to me for 30 mins about what I want. He did mention there was a shortage of staff (a day or two after our meeting) so he kept promising and pushing the quote until he stopped responding. Lesson learned is be upfront and set the expectations to a larger timeframe not to be under the gun. We are very patient as long as people are honest and communicate ahead of time.

Called in for a quote. They advised I would get an email but I never did. If a quote is hard to get I figured service will be similar. Gave them 2 stars for the benefit of the doubt.

Excellent company, I saw them at the home show and had an in home consult. Which was very pleasant because they did not try to hard sale me. Like most do. The saleswoman Susan was such a help she knew exactly what I wanted. The crews were +10 and I love my new shower. Thank you all at Planet Remodel.

Replacing my shower, I thought about it for 3 years and when i found Bathlogic, i was impressed with the product. The service was outstanding as well. Fair prices and a great experience!
