They designed a new countertop layout to include a functional eat-in bar. They showed me dozens of options for countertops and backsplashes. Helping me avoid distraction by shining objects they guided my selections to please my own design sense and optimizing the value of my home. The renovation included some drywall work, and included a re-do of my stair case. I highly recommend their service. They remodel a condo apartment! Complete bathroom, removal of wood paneling and popcorn ceilings throughout, replace all doors inside and new patio doors, painting throughout, installation of all new lighting and two ceiling fans. I was completely pleased. I would highly recommend Republic West Remodeling. **** is very knowledgeable and honest. I want to expand on honesty - he had a very easy opportunity to obtain about a thousand dollars worth of products at my expense. Instead, he explained to me why I did not need to spend that money, how I could get a refund. He was on time every time we arranged a meeting and quickly returned every phone call. I wasn't living in the condo during the remodel, and he was in touch with me frequently to be sure that my desires were being met. He has a good eye for what looks right and does not cut corners. The project was completed on schedule, prior to my move-in date.

We had Rhino do a remodel of our bonus room. The owner was responsive and always kept me in the loop about when they would be on-site. I always felt informed and they showed up when they said they would. The price was reasonable and the finished project looks fantastic. We will definitely use them for future projects.

**UPDATE: We had Rhino come back and do a close-in of a room to turn it into an office. As before, the work was beautiful and quality. They came when they said they would and finished in a timely manner. Always a pleasure to work with them!

We had really bad experience with a contractor before we met Leonel. First impression was everything with him. He was knowledgeable, thorough, well spoken, and overall he understood our situation very well and knew what we had gone through. We knew right away he was our guy. He was very compassionate and he went above and beyond to make us comfortable. He was very accommodating and he did things for us that he didn't have to but he understood us. We hired him a week later for remodeling our entire bathroom. His guys were fast, knew what they were doing and they did an excellent job. We ran into an issue with the placement of our bath tub and the guys were quick to come up with a solution and got the job done. As a result we couldn't be happier the way our bathroom looks and functions. We had a vision what it would look like and Leonel delivered us just that. And it took them only about 2 weeks. We are very happy with the our remodeled bathroom. Based on this experience we are going to use XLT Construction and Leonel for every remodeling job. The quality of job they did and the finishes are amazing. Everyone that has seen our bathroom loves the work. Leonel is a man we can trust. He restored our faith on contractors again. We have been recommending Leonel to all our friends and families. You would want things done the right away and without a doubt XLT Construction and Leonel is the right guy for that.

After almost proceeding with another fabricator, I called Daniel at Diamond Granite. They are on the recommended list of fabricators at Arizona Tile, and Daniel came out almost immediately. It was a very through discussion and he provided my quote on site at the conclusion of our meeting. Mike came out next to do the templating. This was a great experience as they use lasers and software to build the templating on a PC. From there they will take pictures of your slab and position the images on the template so you see your kitchen layout before a single cut is made. The installation crew was on time and did a great job! I highly recommend Diamond Granite. Thanks again.
