We used Orange Cactus (family owned and operated business) for our bathroom remodel as we wanted a shower that would be easy to clean and minimize issues with hard water deposits. We visited their showroom (Ray Rd and the Freeway) and talked to Veronica. Orange Cactus sells and installs Onyx Collection products allowing for a solid surface installation with minimum to no grout. She came out and measured the bathroom and gave us estimate the next day. The installers did a great job installing the shower and counters and the area was always clean. I would recommend them and intend to use them again for our other bathroom. They also do kitchen remodels.

We initially came up with the idea of remodeling our home and heard of Republic West on KTAR radio. We interviewed 3 companies in total and did our research but we liked the way that RW had the website set up with the Dream Assurance Plan, the Customer Rights, etc all laid out
and organized and throrough throughout the site and felt they were a good company to go with.
We called them and scheduled an initial consultation at our home in March with our designer, Steven and had a very good first impression - He exedued a lot of experience and that was great since this was our first time remodeling so we didnt know exactly what to ask. He lead us on to feel us out so we know what we wanted. We had a basic idea of what we wanted but he was able to give us a much clearer vision. The kitchen for example was much more than we could have initially envisioned. Pretty much the whole kitchen was his idea - we had an initial idea with what we wanted but he came back with a computer rendering as well as a blueprint / floor plan and we were amazed -
it looked much better than we were originally expecting.

We ended up starting the project in the middle of summer. We had to take the wall down and they put up a temporary wall. Needless to say, it was hot! We hoped they had that new wall finished quickly but unfortunately we didnt make it before the monsoon season. There was some initial delays which resulted in the storms coming in. It seemed like not much was happening at first but once things got into motion they were here every day. One thing we appreciated is that they cleaned up after they were done every day. We were prepared to clean but they always made sure they left it as nice as possible. They also made sure they caught up from the delay. They stayed consistent with the schedule as much as they could but there were some issues as far as coordinating
with the workers but you can tell they were able to adapt to situations quickly - the foreman jack was able to get people in and out as needed.
Despite the slow start they made sure they met the promised deadline and actually finished a week early.
Overall, Jack was really responsive to situations - I spoke to Steven about replacing a window with a french door - I wanted a door there but I would need some kind of air circulation so I wanted one with a side light. They ended up giving us one without sidelights but they were able to easily fix the problem - they were always very responsive and quick and jack was always there to remedy it.

Overall the kitchen and fireplace totally exceeds our expectations to this day - the fireplace the tiling and everything else turned out wonderfully - we would have never anticipated anything better than this!

ABA turned my tub bathroom into an amazing enclosed shower. They were professional, punctual and helpful. Joe protected my floors and walls. He was a joy to work with. I highly recommend them.

I had used XLT to install tile a few years ago, living room and hall wood look tile and they installed with a 1/3 split to make it look like real wood. Leonel called every day making sure all was well. The workers showed up on time every day and did an excellent job. Finished project was perfect. Now I am re-tiling baths and though not a large job, still received excellent service and again bath #1 has been tiled work was again perfect. Leonel called after the job was complete to get feedback on the tile installer whom did an awesome job. So, it was worth my time to review this company I have not used for any other projects other than tile however I would not hesitate to contact Leonel for other projects. He is very involved even on a small bath tile job. Which shows me that he takes his reputation seriously, and always makes certain that you were satisfied with not only the finished project but also the worker who did the job. Keep up the good work Leonel.. More companies should do this.

Jon and the team from AZ New Bath were terrific. We had a shower/tub combo remodeled and it came out great. They were very professional and did high quality work. I strongly recommend using them for bath remodeling needs.

My family and I were dealing with the stress of moving from California to Arizona and we were scrambling to find a contractor to remodel the new home in under 5 weeks. What i found during this process was price gauging from so many other contractors until i found Quentin from Urban Element. Quentin gave me confidence that he could do the job in under 5 weeks and on budget. Quentin communicated with me weekly and gave me progress reports/photos and never once asked for more money then what we had originally agreed on. I was thinking of remodelling my kitchen and had a general idea of what I wanted but didn't know where to start. I called them after seeing the work they have done previously for other clients. I ended up adding extra features to my kitchen and getting them to redo all the tile in the whole home as it was really old. They have the right approach to transforming people's homes and create beautiful spaces and unreal kitchens. Special thanks to Becky and Sean for helping me push through!

We have used Ruidoso for tile installation, interior painting and exterior painting. Their attention to detail and quality of work is unparalleled in my opinion. The tile work include over 1500 sq feet, with two areas using a herringbone pattern and several other areas being 'directional'. They included borders of both solid color and diamond patterned borders to great effect.

Our paint work included white trim and off white walls with a dark accent color on select walls. The result is we feel like we are getting a brand new home.

We used ATR to hang wallpaper, mount a TV, and make general repairs. They did an amazing job at a very good price. They were a pleasure to have in our home. They cleaned everything up when done. While they were here, they made some additional repairs we didn’t even mention in the original call. It was amazing to see how well all the repairs were completed. I’m not sure there is anything this team can’t do. I’m so happy to have found them and will definitely be using them again!
