John and Team revamped my old shower into a fully tiled and glass shower of my dreams. They are great to work with and very responsive. From the demolition to the finished product quickly and the pricing was extremely fair for the work done. Mike is super and making sure the customer is happy at all times. We used Structura Remodeling for our remodeling job for the front exterior of our home, to include the installation of a new front door as well as outside lighting. I wasn't sure my request could be accomplished since our home was very traditional and I was looking for a more modern look. Upon meeting with Kobe, the owner, and discussing what we were looking for, Kobe was very attentive and understood our needs. Not only did he get the work done quickly and efficiently, but I can't say enough about the finished results. Absolutely amazing! It was well worth it and so glad we chose Structura remodeling for our remodeling needs.

True professionals, everything was right on time they were reliable we put off doing the kitchen and bathroom remodel just because of the headache of dealing with non-professionals and contractors who will take your deposit and show up whenever it’s convenient for them and take weeks longer than they anticipated we have had night contractor stories In the past... I won’t use or recommend anyone besides the HOLTZMAN FAMILY!

They did a wonderful job remodeling our old fireplace and living room area. They came up with a good game plan, they were fast and efficient and made things look correct even if it took multiple days. We would definitely recommend TWD and team!

Designer remodeling replaced all my kitchen cabinets several years ago. They still look BRAND NEW and my kitchen still has a new, fresh feel. I can't say enough about Neil and his crew. Tried three weeks ago to get a quote on remdeling my Master Bathroom, walked in to showroom and the two women in front were rude and of no help at all. When I asked to speak to someone about a bathroom remodel, I was told that person was away at lunch.n Because I was very happy with the work they have done remodeling my kitchen 10 years ago, I went to the web site yesterday. Got a call from some representative (unknown nbr) and she was rude and seemed uninterested. Sorry it didnt work out because I think you have done great work in the past. Now a person cant even get an estimate

We just had a Jack and Jill bathroom remodel and are extremely pleased with the results! From the start of the project until it’s completion, Joe and the crew were extremely courteous and professional. The end result was a bathroom fit for a model home!

I could tell right away that I wanted to work with Ellie and her son Ivan. From the very beginning they were both extremely professional and informative. I remodeled my old master bathroom and closet and the end result was well worth the money! They took my ideas and were able to build exactly what I described to them. All the workers were on time and very respectful, and they didn’t mind me asking questions! I’ve already recommended Ellie and Ivan to all my family and neighbors, they are amazing!

We absolutely loved working with Nick-Mustache Approved Remodeling. From the very beginning and throughout the project my husband and I were so impressed by Nick’s professionalism, his organizational skills, and his integrity. He is the best contractor we have ever worked with. Nick transformed our 14 foot heavy stucco fireplace into a beautiful focal point in our living room. This project required someone who has a lot of creativity and the ability to think outside the box and boy did Nick deliver. Another reviewer referred to Nick as a rock star and he is. Nick provides very detailed plans, lists exactly what will be completed each day, and sticks to the timeline. Nick takes great pride in his work, as he should, and treats your house and your project as if it was his own home. He is a perfectionist which is wonderful to have in a contractor. His sound (tv), paint, drywall, and tile subcontractors were also very professional and committed to the highest quality of work. This was the best remodel experience we have had and that is due to Nick. He is just a a pleasure to work with. If you can get him to take on your remodel project you will not regret it. We feel so very fortunate that Nick was willing to take on our project. He is the best!

They were punctual at all appointments. Explained all the details very well. Very conscientious to do a precise job!

To start, the process was great. Sales experience was good and they were able to meet our May 2021 deadline for installation. Overall I was happy with the experience until later that year. A few months later we noticed the countertops were lifting from the corners in all areas of the kitchen, and when I say lifting I mean 4+ inches and took the screw from the cabinet with it. We called and after several attempts were able to have someone come out and look at it. We were told by that individual this was a rare occurrence and would need to be replaced as it was an issue with the glue - we said no problem. Months go by with NO correspondence or updates. We called the office and no one returned our calls. “They’re in meetings and can’t take the call” or “They’re at lunch” were the repeated excuses we were given. Yes, it takes time to import the product and we understood that - but simply calling back and communicating effectively was what we needed. The warranty call happened in August, and no one came out to address it again until February 2022. At one point we got a call on a random morning from installers saying they were on their way, but no one from the office had bothered to let us know. We weren’t home, so we had to turn them away. Even better, the installers that came in February were mortified by how much it lifted and were very clear in saying “this was a poor installation job, not the glue failing” and proceeded to fix it. They offered to make it right by working with us to install a backsplash. It’s been 2.5 months now and have we been called back? NOPE. When the installer checked back in on us to see if we had been contacted, his response was “I’m not surprised at all.”
For this company you’ll get a great first experience as they work to get the money. From then on, it’ll be awful. If quality and communication are important to you, steer clear and choose someone else.

Victor and his team were fabulous! I had my cabinets refinished and put in new countertops. The work was top notch, the price was good, and they finished the job ahead of schedule. We could not be more pleased with how they look and the customer service we received along the way. I would recommend this crew to anyone! Great job Victor!
