Freelite has been incredibly good to work with. Every person that I have been in contact with has been professional, courteous, thoughtful of my needs and efficient.
I have now purchased product and services from Freelite twice; once early in 2015 (doors) and once early in 2019 (windows and sky light). Both the product and installation have been top of the line. When requesting the new work in 2019 I asked if some maintenance could be completed on the work from 2015. The maintenance was agreed to and at no cost.
I have the highest regard for Freelite and it's employees.
I strongly suggest them to anyone considering purchase of anything that they sell.

From the beginning process of setting up our window replacement to the install was amazingly smooth with Anderson! Our rep Stanley Chomina was fantastic. He was very clear, thorough and knowledgeable about the project. It was a pleasure to work with him. Our windows were supposed to take a few months to get installed. We got them 2 months early! Our installers Tyler and Luis were awesome. They were extremely polite and to great care to not destroy our home. The windows that they installed were amazing. Their work was amazing. They had the 5 windows installed and all the clean up was done in 1 day. I will definitely use Anderson again!

We were in need of an 8' patio door replacement. We did our 'due diligence' and obtained a few estimates. We decided to go with Imperial Windows & Sunscreens for a few reasons; no sales pressure, no gimmicks, no up-selling, reasonable price. All our questions were answered and the process was explained. Bob was personable, courteous and responsive. John, (the owner) followed up to schedule and confirm installation date. The install went well. We are happy and would highly recommend!
