When I woke up to see one of my side windows broken on my car, I didn’t know what to do. My neighbor told me about Phoenix Mobile Car Glass. They were able to come to my house later on the same day that I called and took care of the problem. Thank you so much.

My insurance scheduled a chip repair through this company and they failed to show up on the scheduled day, did not call me and their number is now not in use. Extremely unprofessional and just plain shady. Thanks for wasting my time!

Luis was very helpful and the work done have so much integrity in it. They said 1 hour service to replace it but it actually took only 45 mins. I'm a new customer as well and the lifetime warranty on chip replacement was shocking and incredibly awesome. Ooofff if I could leave 0 stars I would. Left my car an absolute mess, glue and other waste is one thing, but shattered glass all over my car and in my vents???? No attempt to clean it up and no mention of it. Tech said everything well totally fine, I guess he forgot the part where he had to break the windshield out........ the company offered to have my car cleaned but then magically never answered their phone or called back when they said. Just disappointed that companies have zero concern for customer service. Save yourself the headache and face full glass shards.
