The customer service at this place is appalling. I had one broken Anderson window that I needed replaced. The guy who was supposed to come out to measure (Britt) never showed. When I called, he acted as if he didn't know who I was or that we had even had a conversation. He basically played dumb instead of owning up to the fact he made a mistake. We shared some words and he told me to get my window someplace else. The landscapers (they were paying for the window) called Lasting Impressions and Britt basically hung up on her. She (the person from the landscape company) filed a complaint with the BBB. Needless to say we got our window from R&K Building Supplies in Gilbert. The service was 1000% better.

We bought new windows for the back of our house this spring and were so happy with Affordable windows we chose them again for the windows in the front of our home. They are so friendly and the communication is great! The window installation is so clean and quick. We have friends who told us how messy their house was after new window installation, not these guys! Jason and Devin were awesome! So clean and friendly. Overall excellent experience.
