Really nice! & quick but well done work

My ? window glass was instantly repaired. I've heard this kind of repairs take a while, but Phoenix Mobile Car Glass has been the best so far in my experience. Thank you guys ?.

**UPDATE** After I left this review I was contacted by a supervisor who apologized for what I was quoted over the phone. She advised me that the rep I spoke to hasn't been there very long and the tech who installed my tint was also not fully experienced.. I got scheduled for the following day to replace the tint. I'm happy I was able to get my windshield redone so quick (at no additional charge). With that said, there are a few flaw with it. There's a little bit of glue inside the 3rd brake and a few bubbles even after 6 days (see additional photos). Overall I'm pleased with the customer service.Got ceramic tint on my 4 doors and rear windshield. I asked for my full rear windshield to be tinted and when I got my car back, the 3rd brake light was cut out of the tint (they did not advise me of this prior to installation). I asked if this can be fixed and they said no. I've asked several other tiny locations and was advised this could be done without a problem. I contacted Clear View to see if they could fix this for me (even if I got the rear deck removed for them) and they said they would for an additional $150. I am extremely disappointed. I would have taken my car elsewhere if I knew they were going to cutout the tint.

Another great window repair from Phoenix Power Window. I had an appointment at noon, and at noon the diagnosis was given as to a broken regulator on my drivers door window. The regulator was procured from a Chrysler dealership, and I was in and out within 2 hours. Many thanks to Randy for a job well done and reasonably price. Bob H

Great service called them when I was still in California and they where on time and waiting for me when I arrived at agreed upon location

Initial service was good with exception on their sense of time was not accurate. Don’t recall getting a receipt so when I called a few weeks later to request a copy I was told they didn’t have one to give me. When I asked how they do their billing without a copy I was told again they don’t have one and it was not their problem I lost it.Obviously not very professional if they don’t have a simple filing system?and very unprofessional people in office or home, wherever this business is being ran from.

Southwest are great people, very knowledgeable and professional.

Chris’s team was prompt and professional. They handeled everything with my insurance. His team did a great job replacing my windshield and cleaving everything after.

Southwest Auto Glass is the BEST place to go for BEST quote AND gave us LIFETIME WARRANTY AND FREE LIFETIME chip repair!!! Not one other company out here offered anything.

Had our RV windshield replaced here. Was very quick and the staff was professional. Couldn't have been better. They offered a free mobile service which we happily took advtange of. Will definitely recommend.
