My window was broken about 7pm and 12hrs later I had an appointment set up and it was repaired by noon next day. They respond instantly. No need for back and forth calling. They were consistent and knowledgeable with questions. They were professional and FAST. I couldn't believe how quick it was done. 20min tops AND they were the cheapest I could find especially needing them asap. Dwayne and his crew are amazing and I will continue to recommend and use them. They are GREAT!

I reached out to Valley Wide after I had a small window pane break at my house. It was a small 9in x 14in piece of glass that needed replacing. I called another company before speaking with Valley Wide. The other company quoted me $349.95! FOR A 9IN X 14IN PIECE OF GLASS! I was offended by that price. Valley Wide told me they would cut it for me, give it to me, and explain to me what I needed to do to install it, FOR FREE!!! And they came through! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company, their customer service is 2nd to none! Thank u Valley Wide!

I locked myself out of my workshop outback, before I gave it too much thought I tried to pick the lock myself using YouTube tutorials, and ended up breaking the window to get in. Then I realized just how extensively I had damaged the lock and window by breaking in. I was so sure I'd be paying a bunch of money to a locksmith and glass repair company to get them fixed, that when my brother told me about a shop that did both I was so relieved. I thought it'd cost an arm and a leg to get them done separately so I figured if I could save one or the other by using a2z service pros, I then it'd worth it.

Let me just say that the technician was very kind and didn't even laugh, (despite a hilarious situation) and got the window fixed and the lock replaced in no time. I barely felt a dent in my wallet and I will be contacting them anytime I need handyman! They really do provide services from A to Z!
