Our entire experience with Lifetime Windows and Doors was top notch! Excellent communication and follow up with our sales rep, Jim Daly. Likewise, our appointment schedulers Mary and Shalynn kept us up to date on every step. The installation crew, Frankie, Eric, Robert and Abel, was prompt, professional, friendly and installed the windows beautifully. Our job required some stucco and drywall work and Hector and Antonio did excellent work on that as well. We installed 11 Marvin Infinity windows and one patio door and they are great!! Regardless of the product you can’t go wrong with Lifetime!

We had Freelite come and replace all the window in our home, and repair and old skylight. They were professional and did a great job with the install. Highly recommend and would definitely use them again for our next project in the future.

There is good service, there is great service and then there is Tacheny Exterior service!! I worked for an employer whose main focus was client service for 10 years... so I know all about exceptional service. Unfortunately in this world client service is not a focus. I just had this company rebuild my staircase in my home. I had them create a drywall railing over the existing rails and rebuild the actual stairs. The original staircase was built in 1973 and the original staircase seemed to be installed crooked, so this was not an easy project for them. However, they made sure that everything was done right and they didn't finish until I was happy with the end result, which turned out to be a very modern look that I love! Overall, I am very happy with their customer service and their quality of work.
