We've had issues in the past with construction companies, so we were somewhat gun shy. These guys were ready earlier than anticipated, showed up on time, worked hard, cleaned up their mess, and were very respectful of our home and us. Job finished yesterday (it took 1 1/2 days), and it was an absolute joy to take a shower this morning. Thank you to Scott (sales) and Gerard and Yobani (installers) for everything.

There is good service, there is great service and then there is Tacheny Exterior service!! I worked for an employer whose main focus was client service for 10 years... so I know all about exceptional service. Unfortunately in this world client service is not a focus. That isn’t the case with Tacheny exteriors. They went above and beyond and I couldn’t be happier. Cheers to a dying breed!!

Dante was great. Very knowledgeable and very friendly. It can always be tough having strangers in your home, however he presented a good product and did not make me feel the pressure to move forward.

Preferred Home did an excellant install on 7 windows at my home. They masked inside the home to prevent dust from coming inside . The work was professional with attention to detail and pride in workmanship. I would highly recommend them.

I recently purchased a home, whose previous owner had a new roof put on by a different contractor only two years prior. During the purchase period, the home inspection determined that the chimney flashing was not sound and some moisture was entering the attic space. My attempts at having the original contractor correct the work in a timely manner was to no avail. I did some research and contacted Imperial. The owner was very responsive from the initial request for assistance. He came to the home to inspect the roof within one business day, and got his crew to replace the chimney flashing one day earlier than his initial promise.The owner and his entire team is diligent and responsive from the very beginning. I would certainly turn to this roofing company again and will recommend to friends and family.

Very happy with Power Home Remodeling. We replaced every window in our house and replaced a sliding glass door with French doors.The sales person, Gabrielle Curtis did a great job extolling the virtues of PHRG's windows and the price was eminently competitive for the quality.Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. Despite some miscommunication, Natalie Gregerson acted quickly to rectify the problem and implement a solution.The installers arrived precisely on time, and worked tirelessly, efficiently, and eagerly to complete the job in a day and a half.After 20 years of looking out of ruined, contractor-grade windows, the new windows are incredible. It's also nice to not feel cold air pour out of them. Can't recommend PHRG any more strenuously. If you're ready to replace your windows, you'd be a fool not to call them.

We had great experience with Lenin. He repaired water drain canal and the leak on the roof. He is very nice, punctual and charged reasonable price. We didn't feel any inconvinience while he was working on the roof. We are going to have him for installing the gutters too. We highly recommend him.

Sean & Brian are so honest, personable and professional! We love our new windows and they took care of every detail. Our house presented a few problems that were solved quickly and effectively.

Let me say I didn’t use this service. I called because we had purchased some windows ourselves and needed some help with instillation. Instead of just politely telling me they don’t provide that service the girl answering the phone was extremely rude! I will be replacing all my windows next year and will be sure NOT to use this company.

Sears Home Improvement Windows & Doors first major installment was a disaster from day one... and continued to be that way months later! There were many things not done correctly including damage to my wall and floors, and a door lock that didn't work because it wasn't installed properly. Sears was horrible about fixing these numerous problems. When I requested another installer to inspect the job they sent me someone that had no experience at installing so errors in workmanship were not caught or corrected. When I had my 2nd/last installation the new company found another problem that I didn't know about (the patio doors weren't properly sealed) and after my repoting it... they corrected this other installation company's mistake. I still have no idea if there are other installation problems because no one has inspected the first installation. (NOTE : The second installation company Sears hired for my last patio door was excellent.)
