I was having issues with my thermostat not working. James called me and walked me through the wiring of my thermostat and I found the incorrect wire. This saved me a service call. This is the second time I have used Just Air. They are professional and responsive!

Very happy with Howard Air. Technician arrived when expected and did not rush. He took the time to diagnose the issue I was having with my heater and explained everything clearly to me. I would definitely use Howard Air again and I would highly recommend them. Great company!

My house was serviced by this company a few months ago. I decided to wait on my review to make sure everything was still working okay and it is. In true Arizona fashion, our A/C went out right when summer was beginning to get even hotter and we live in a 2 story so everyday the heat was rising more and more. We called our home insurance and were referred to Crispy Air, and they got us in as soon as possible! The men they sent were here until late at night trying to make sure everything was taken care of appropriately and it was. We also opted for an additional piece (unsure of the actual name) to be installed against our duct in the attic so that the air flow was better in all rooms. My room is the hottest in the house and it feels so much better. Lets face it, A/C's are expensive no matter who you are but I felt like this company was not just trying to squeeze money out of us and I they gave us a good deal.
