I contacted Reliable Auto Glass because I had a huge crack halfway across my windshield after another company improperly installed my windshield. Tiffany was the representative that made me contact them. She was so sweet and really made me feel comfortable with their services and abilities. They got me set up really quick and worked with my schedule to have it done while I was at work. Their even coming to recalibrate everything in my car. I would 100% recommend them going forward.

Have been using Star Glass for a few months now and they never disappoint. They don't just want to get your business, they want to earn your business. Clayton is always very friendly, professional, and keeps me up to date on his estimated arrival time and estimated time of completion. I plan to be using this company going forward for our glass needs.

I've used western window system for my primary and secondary house and love it everyday. My most recent project was for a 20' multi slide system. It's definetly not cheap but worth every penny. If you need that WOW factor for a project...this is absolutely it! Thank you for making such a quality project and love that I'll helping a local company.

General Manager Kirk came out to see about the mirror. He is going to replace it and is true to his word. The problem is solved and I highly recommend Auto Glass Clinic. Call them for any window repair needs.

Horrible experience. Sham company. Fake Reviews.They were doing door to door solicitations. The solicitors were nice but they new nothing of their products and said i had to have an in person evaluation done. (I just asked their average cost per window. He said he didn't know, he was just a scheduler)They then had me call into their call center to make the appointment (unprofessional) and i had to repeat ALL the details i gave the first guy (# of windows, etc).I was told 15 min before they arrive they would call me on the day and that would be the end of it. I also opted out of all automated dialings.At 5 hours before my appointment, i get a call from a number I don't recognize. It's an automated dialer. I from the company. Since I was about to go into a work meeting, I immediately called them back to make sure they weren't planning on coming 15 min later. they said that was incorrect and they'd be there at the original time. I reiterated that I wanted no automated dialers or ads. they said okay. But then 5 min later, another automated dialer called me. Of course, i didn't pick up.4 hours later (1 hour before my appointment), i get another call. I pick up and after saying hello, I am promptly hung up on.I then wait and wait.30 min after my appointment time, I call them and say 'what gives?'. They then say because I did not complete an official appointment confirmation call with one of their specialists to confirm all my details again (for a 3rd time), that i was taken off the schedule with no notice.Talk about a bad experience with a company that doesn't even know how to set/keep an appointment.Also, beware of all the spam reviews making this place look better than they are. Notice how all the reviews are from the same 2 months of time and are all pretty much 5 stars? They don't even have a yelp...wonder why.
