Shady business. I thought it was just the rep at the location on 16th st and Missouri, but it's also the corporate office. I had my windshield replaced with a lower quality glass, basically a piece of glass without the sun deflector strip on the top. The rep at was rude and played games with me about the truth. Only after I approached the car wash manager did he regain his ability to treat me with proper customer service. However, I still never got the problem corrected. I reached out to the corporate office who tried to tell me Daniel (rep) had only been at this location for a couple months, which I knew was a lie because I've been going to the car wash for over 5 years and he's always there pretending to help me insert my payment for the car wash. And I just confirmed that he's been there for years by carwash employees during my last visit. Also, the corporate office pretended to help me by calling my insurance company only to keep me on hold while she dictated the conversation. I gave up on fighting for them to correct it. They are shady liars. All of them. Plus, coincidentally my mom was also scammed by them. Obviously they prey on women to take advantage of.

Cody Wegener was courteous, & efficient. He had a great personality and attitude also. Cody left me with detailed instructions as to how to treat my new windshield for 48 hours. Thank you Cody, for a job well done!

Kenny went above and beyond (in the 107 degree heat) to get my window up & running. This company (Randy) and his techs (Kenny) have old-fashion business ethics and character. It's nice to find these values in such a toxic world today. Thanks guys.

Vacuum battery was used up at precious appt. Seems like a problem that should have a solution. T shirt guy wore very dirty for second appt of the day. He said window wouldnt go up unless he put his finger on ŵindow applying pressure. He said something must have bent. Weed eater threw a small rock. I doubt the regulated bent as whole was in center of window.
