I had 10 windows replaced and 3 french doors (changed to custom sliding glass doors). Daniel Gordon came out and educated me on the benefits of dual pane windows for heat, UV and sound protection. James came to my house and spent hours getting accurate measurements for my house and answering my questions. The installation team was excellent. They explained what they would be doing over the next three days. They covered all of the furniture, removed and re-installed the wood blinds and left my house cleaner that it was when they started! I am so pleased with the work by Desert King Windows. My house is brighter and cooler. Thank you so much Daniel for your time and getting me to work with Desert King Windows.

I got same day glass repair for a shattered sliding door when other glass repair companies were telling me it was going to take 7-12 days for product. Duane was professional, friendly and reasonably priced. When I need more glass repair this is my go to company.

Even though I called ahead of time, to get some information, I did not set an appointment. I walked in and was immediately tended to. The two people working, were both very attentive, very friendly. The women helping me was kind enough to walk me through the process, (I am not too savvy when it comes to my car, admittingly so). The gentleman there, assisted as well, while showing me the differences in clarity and what was legal and what not (according to the state). They assisted me in that and quickly began working on my car. The waiting area is semi-outside but spacious. It was windy but they were kind enough to provide me with a quick space for shielding. That, was incredibly kind and most appreciated. Hands down amazing service. Hands down amazing work on my car. Seamless! I would recommend this place over and over.

FRAUD!! SCAM!! They basically forced/bullied us in to financing window replacements with their financing company, took the money that was shelled out as an advance (was not supposed to be paid out until work was completed) and completed ZERO work. I've filed with the BBB, ROC, and submitted to Channel 3. On my way to get legal representation next. At this point the only thing we want from these liars is that financing to be revoked for work NOT done. Oh, and did I mention, said financing company said there was an interest free, no payment due period until 11.2022 but they have reported this account to the credit bureau's as being LATE (so now we are fighting with them too). Unbelievable. HOW ARE THEY STILL IN BUSINESS?? Make sure you read all the reviews, currently they have five ACTIVE ROC cases and their license expires this month (no submissions to renew either). They do not call clients back, they do not perform contracted work. The owner, Tammy is living high on the hog with all of our financed dollars. SO many people are in the same boat as us - makes me wonder if we should all ban together and file a class action suit? It also grosses me out that I had to use a star but you can't post a review if you don't at least click on one.
