In this day and age it seems like great service has all but gone away, but not with this company. From beginning to end they were a pleasure to work with. They came out to my house and did a free consultation and helped me decide on the best replacement windows (7 of them) for my house, knowing that I was working with a budget. They guy who did the estimate was awesome and he even put up with my dog that wouldn't stop barking at him. I thought all windows were pretty much the same but he took the time to educate me on the different types of windows which I really appreciated and stayed within my budget, but I still got quality windows that are huge upgrade from what I had. From the initial in-home consultation, to the windows being installed they followed through on everything they said they were going to and did a fantastic job. I would recommend them to anyone looking for replacement windows in Phoenix.

I am in the process of renovating my master bedroom. Part of the renovation included installing a large three panel window on my north wall. I had a small window already there. I had the contractor frame out the space in the wall for the window, but it was a weird fit because of the size and spacing of the wall. (This was an older home). I needed a custom fit window. I googled for it and Superior Glass was the first one that popped up. I gave them a call and they came over that afternoon. They provided me with a free onsite estimate that was way cheaper than I expected and ordered me a custom window that same afternoon. The following week, the installer brought the window and needed materials and installed the window in no time at all. He even cleaned up his materials and the area from the installation process and mess. It was so easy and complete. I am elated with my new windows and how painless it was to get them installed. They were a great value too! I recommend Superior Glass for all your window repair/ installation needs. They truly care about the customer and take care of you. I have used Power Window Repair in the past and will continue to do so. Customer service was very courteous and helpful. Service tech was prompt and worked to get the job done in a quickly/ clean as to not inconvenience me. Highly recommend.

My service was great!!! Thank you so much ❤️ They were extremely professional and my windshield looks like a professional job. All seals are sealed perfectly. No weird smells in my car. No noises from the wind. I will 100% use you again in the future.

The technician, Al, did a great job, very neat and it only took a little more than a 1/2 hour. The office had arranged everything and it all went very smoothly.

Quality is great. Crew does a fantastic job of installing and cleaning up after themselves.

First of all Daniel and Aaron were awesome and this is why I'm giving 3 stars.
However Ricki the office person leaves a lot to be desired and is rude.
Sorry but I would NOT recommend this company to my friends unless they get Aaron and Daniel. They were very nice and professional and got the job done quickly.
