When they showed up ON TIME the tech was very kind and knew what he was doing. he was in and out in no time and the window was set and clean. After speaking to some friends turns out i got a more than fair price. i would use them again

Couldn't even show up for the consultation appt did not call until 30 mins after the appt we received no call prior to say he was running behind.

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE!!!
They had my car for three days to fix my drivers side window on a 2005 VW Beetle. When I picked up my car they said they were not able to fix the window after all because the part the was broken was rare.
I took the car to another repair shop & found out all four windows were missing the motors & everything had been replaced with WIRES & was damaged! My $600 problem ended up costing $2,800 because of everything they messed up. I called them & asked for an exploitation they then told me I could go pick up the parts that were broken. I took them to my mechanic & he told me none of the parts were broken but there was lots of damage.

In the late part of 2011 I decided to replace three windows in the front of my home. I secured three bids including Renewal by Andersen because of its reputation of being one of the premier window manufacturers. I was impressed by the sales representative by his professional approach, his knowledge and his product. I was especially impressed by the fact that no stucco or paint damage would result from the window replacements ( the other two bidders did not offer the same guarantee). The windows were installed in January, 2012 and met all my expectations. The job was completed in one day by a crew of three. They were thorough and cleaned up the inside and ouside prior to departing. I am very satisfied by the appearance and functionality of the new windows and will definitely use Renewal by Andersen when I am ready to replace my remaining windows.

Getting 2 windows in the front of my home replaced. My living room window was put in fine on 6/24/2020. But after they broke and removed my existing bedroom window, they told me the manufacture sent the wrong size window and I would have to wait a week for the new window. (They put up a wooden board in place of my bedroom window) After the week passed and no word from AZ Wholesale, my husband called and was told it would be 4 more weeks until we receive a window. I understand its a strange time right now, but the biggest issue for me is that they never call to keep us in the loop...we constantly have to chase down updates. Not to mention they left my house looking like a crack house with a boarded up window. Still waiting...(See photos) Not happy, and wish we would have spend a bit more with the other company... I know we would NOT have had this issue with them.
