Patrick was extremely responsive and compassionate. My daughter’s boyfriend sadly, committed suicide in her condo in June. Patrick came on a Sunday morning to clean. He was so professional, supportive, and caring. He helped us navigate the insurance and made the whole process as smooth as possible. Thank you Patrick for your compassion and expertise.

We have been using Poolman for over 15 years. Since Covid hit the quality and response to cleaning service issues is non existent. The service technichians don't come on the scheduled day nor do they actually clean and stabilize the pool. When you call to report an issue which happens weekly, no one answers the phone. You'll leave a message and they don't call back. Absolutely horrible and we will be finding a new pool service company soon as this one should be shut down.
