Great service, reliable. As a female customer I was treated with respect and honesty, most shops want to up the price because they think a female customer would not know the difference, not the case here. Good window quality, new material used to replace my window.

I was given a quote over the phone and it was exactly what they said it was going to be. They didn't have any other fees added to it, in fact taxes were even included. Hell I was only there for 45 minutes maybe. I was so happy I gave them a $30 tip first time ever for me! I went there waiting for a fight and I was the one that up the cost

I locked myself out of my workshop outback, before I gave it too much thought I tried to pick the lock myself using YouTube tutorials, and ended up breaking the window to get in. Then I realized just how extensively I had damaged the lock and window by breaking in. I was so sure I'd be paying a bunch of money to a locksmith and glass repair company to get them fixed, that when my brother told me about a shop that did both I was so relieved. I thought it'd cost an arm and a leg to get them done separately so I figured if I could save one or the other by using a2z service pros, I then it'd worth it.

Let me just say that the technician was very kind and didn't even laugh, (despite a hilarious situation) and got the window fixed and the lock replaced in no time. I barely felt a dent in my wallet and I will be contacting them anytime I need handyman! They really do provide services from A to Z!

Preferred Home did an excellant install on 7 windows at my home. They masked inside the home to prevent dust from coming inside . The work was professional with attention to detail and pride in workmanship. I would highly recommend them.

Price was great, Omar is awesome and the end result was better than I could have expected. I'm new to town and Omar went out of his way to welcome me and take care of my window tinting needs. He took the time to explain everything in a straightforward way that was not salesy at all. Couldn't be happier and would highly recommend Omar to anyone looking to tint their windows!

Update: still the BEST auto glass replcement place ever!! I've referred 2 others here & they had same exact fantastic experience. Rodney & his partner (son?) are outstanding individuals. I'd say Southwest Auto Glass is lucky to have them. He kept in touch as requested & arrived on time. The entire process was done @ my home in under 2 hours. Rodney is professional, kind, & knowledgeable in this field. My experience getting my windshield replaced was completely positive. I would definately recommend this mobile auto glass company!! Thank you guys both so very much. ?

I found the salesman to be straight forward, knowledgeable, and honest. The install technicians were polite, professional, punctual, and performed quality work. In my opinion, the price was high, but you get what you pay for. I was pleased with the end product and service they provided me with.

Terrible Experience the guy that replaced the window didn't put the correct window or tint. Never once mentioned he would have a problem doing the job. Took advantage of the situation and did not return as he said he would to fix his mistake. Very dishonest company I would be very cautious. This can be perceived as misleading, deceptive and can be considered False advertisement. ? I think your company should do a bit more research before conducting business.

Sears Home Improvement Windows & Doors first major installment was a disaster from day one... and continued to be that way months later! There were many things not done correctly including damage to my wall and floors, and a door lock that didn't work because it wasn't installed properly. Sears was horrible about fixing these numerous problems. When I requested another installer to inspect the job they sent me someone that had no experience at installing so errors in workmanship were not caught or corrected. When I had my 2nd/last installation the new company found another problem that I didn't know about (the patio doors weren't properly sealed) and after my repoting it... they corrected this other installation company's mistake. I still have no idea if there are other installation problems because no one has inspected the first installation. (NOTE : The second installation company Sears hired for my last patio door was excellent.)
