Best Install New Windows in Phoenix AZ

I recently purchased a home, whose previous owner had a new roof put on by a different contractor only two years prior. During the purchase period, the home inspection determined that the chimney flashing was not sound and some moisture was entering the attic space. My attempts at having the original contractor correct the work in a timely manner was to no avail. I did some research and contacted Imperial. The owner was very responsive from the initial request for assistance. He came to the home to inspect the roof within one business day, and got his crew to replace the chimney flashing one day earlier than his initial promise.The owner and his entire team is diligent and responsive from the very beginning. I would certainly turn to this roofing company again and will recommend to friends and family.

Does not return calls or text messages to finish the job here at our house. Missing bug screens and damaged sash. Been trying to get this completed for over 6 months. Would never use again or recommend.

From start to finish everything was great. All was done that was promised and went above and beyond what we would have thought. You also get what you pay for. Crew that did the labor was the BEST.

Imperial Windows & Sunscreens install all new windows throughout my house replacing the 1987 single pane with new Simonton double pane windows. Bob was a great sales person very responsive and I had a quote the same day. It did take 8 weeks for the windows to arrive but that was expected, the owner John contacted me when they found that the windows were going to take an extra week to arrive. The installers, a married couple showed up early and on time for two days and worked quickly and efficiently and did a great job on my windows. Excellent quality and the best price of the 3 companies I had quote. Love my new windows - so much quieter inside and cooler. Thank you!

Fantastic experience - they drove to my office all the way down to south Phoenix, and did a wonderful job sealing the back window of a classic. Everyone was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. A++

This is a great company that does great work. First, our new sliding glass door looks great. Really smooth and a substantial improvement over the one we replaced. Second, I cannot compliment the professional installation enough. Dan and Jayce did a great job and were both professional and personable throughout. Which gets me to my final point - the overall professionalism and integrity of the owner through the individual employees. I felt valued as a client, by being given accurate information up front. I will admit I had a little bit of sticker shock when I first had the estimate. But we got all of our questions answered and were even told that replacement with this Company may not be the least-cost option. Even so, this is about value and I definitely believe I got great value going with AWPE. Put simply, I highly recommend AWPE and would advise anyone to give them serious consideration when considering any work on windows, sliding glass doors and other products and service within their scope of expertise.

Great company. They came out while it was raining two weeks ago and were able to tell what needs to be fix once roof dried. They fix the leak and the price was reasonable. Will call them again if I ever need them again. Thank You Castile Roofing.

Sears Home Improvement Windows & Doors first major installment was a disaster from day one... and continued to be that way months later! There were many things not done correctly including damage to my wall and floors, and a door lock that didn't work because it wasn't installed properly. Sears was horrible about fixing these numerous problems. When I requested another installer to inspect the job they sent me someone that had no experience at installing so errors in workmanship were not caught or corrected. When I had my 2nd/last installation the new company found another problem that I didn't know about (the patio doors weren't properly sealed) and after my repoting it... they corrected this other installation company's mistake. I still have no idea if there are other installation problems because no one has inspected the first installation. (NOTE : The second installation company Sears hired for my last patio door was excellent.)

I have been waiting three months for windows to be installed. I have paid half already and plan on selling house end of the month with no options on what to do.

First of all Daniel and Aaron were awesome and this is why I'm giving 3 stars.
However Ricki the office person leaves a lot to be desired and is rude.
Sorry but I would NOT recommend this company to my friends unless they get Aaron and Daniel. They were very nice and professional and got the job done quickly.
