Wow! What can I say? A free roof from insurance?! Neil Burnett was my project manager and did a spectacular job. The whole time I was worried that I was going to be hit with a huge bill, but at the end of the job, all I owed the young man was my deductible. Still can't believe how smooth and professional this process was. My wife and I will be recommending this company to family and friends.

All of the other excellent reviews are right on about JR and this group. On time, good product, installed well. Price and quality is excellent - frameless corner shower with a pony wall. Went to the big name group here in town in Phoenix and got horrible customer service plus an outrageous price. JR is not only a good salesman, but also honest and he delivers. Can't recommend him highly enough.

I locked myself out of my workshop outback, before I gave it too much thought I tried to pick the lock myself using YouTube tutorials, and ended up breaking the window to get in. Then I realized just how extensively I had damaged the lock and window by breaking in. I was so sure I'd be paying a bunch of money to a locksmith and glass repair company to get them fixed, that when my brother told me about a shop that did both I was so relieved. I thought it'd cost an arm and a leg to get them done separately so I figured if I could save one or the other by using a2z service pros, I then it'd worth it.

Let me just say that the technician was very kind and didn't even laugh, (despite a hilarious situation) and got the window fixed and the lock replaced in no time. I barely felt a dent in my wallet and I will be contacting them anytime I need handyman! They really do provide services from A to Z!

First Ken arrived as promised, took all preliminary measurements and got us an estimate pretty quickly. Then, after we accepted, he sent one of his crew installers and John took the precise measurements. The order was done the same day. A few weeks later the windows and the door were ready and Ken contacted me and scheduled 3 days. The crew arrived as promised, did the job. They don't hesitate to help with blinds and other stuff, then returned everything back to the original stage. One of the windows was damaged during delivery and they made an emergency order, so it arrived and was installed next week. John and his crew were extremely detailed, answered all questions and we are the people enjoying the new just installed windows and one replaced garage door. Great job, guys, thanks!

From start to finish, my experience with Affordable Windows was amazing. I was able to get a quick quote from John. He was incredibly helpful and patient answering a multitude of questions. On installation day, Dan, Kage, and Mason were so professional. Their workmanship was top notch; they made sure we understood how to operate the windows; and the windows look beautiful. I chose this company based on reviews, and they did not disappoint!

I purchased windows from them, promised delivery 4-6 weeks, it's been 5 MONTHS !!
and still no delivery of windows. I have paid for half of the order and they refuse to refund.
I hear nothing but excuses.

Terrible Experience the guy that replaced the window didn't put the correct window or tint. Never once mentioned he would have a problem doing the job. Took advantage of the situation and did not return as he said he would to fix his mistake. Very dishonest company I would be very cautious. This can be perceived as misleading, deceptive and can be considered False advertisement. ? I think your company should do a bit more research before conducting business.

Sears Home Improvement Windows & Doors first major installment was a disaster from day one... and continued to be that way months later! There were many things not done correctly including damage to my wall and floors, and a door lock that didn't work because it wasn't installed properly. Sears was horrible about fixing these numerous problems. When I requested another installer to inspect the job they sent me someone that had no experience at installing so errors in workmanship were not caught or corrected. When I had my 2nd/last installation the new company found another problem that I didn't know about (the patio doors weren't properly sealed) and after my repoting it... they corrected this other installation company's mistake. I still have no idea if there are other installation problems because no one has inspected the first installation. (NOTE : The second installation company Sears hired for my last patio door was excellent.)

We had a few different companies visit us back in July/August 2020. Remod had a good presentation with a light bulb showing heat through the different panes of glass. Which is more than any other company had done. They offered to take $1000 off if we commit with them that day, and we did. We went with the Aztec style dual pane windows and a new french door. The windows come with a double lifetime warranty. So if we no longer have the home the lifetime warranty will transfer over 1 time to the new owner.
The financing paperwork came and we were approved. Our first payment was to be in October.
We've called multiple times to get updates on our order and we keep getting, oh I will have the owner call you back she's out in the field. Or we get, I'll have Anna call you back since you've spoken to her before.
We have never, EVER received a call back. In December I called and explained that it's disappointing that we are never given any updates and no one calls us back at our request. I explained that if there are delays it's fine we understand that things happen but we want to be informed. Yet we are never informed. After I explained this to Anna she said she will right it down and make sure to call us every Tuesday and Thursday which is when they receive deliveries to see if our order arrived.
After a week I called because we never heard back
During that call Anna pushed it back onto the owner for not doing her job and when I countered that she said she would call, she yelled at me that she doesn't need this and hung up on me.
I waited a couple weeks and called again and my girlfriend emailed the owner as well. No apology for the horrific customer service, no apology for the delay, no explanation except various excuses like, the manufacturer has a shortage on tempered glass, we have alot of jobs we are doing right now, we are meeting with the manufacturer and fill you in with an update.....and still we have never received an update. It is now January 8, 2021, 6 months have passed and all we get are excuses, lies, and still no windows (and a door).
My advice is to avoid this company completely.
We don't want them touching our home because if it's this hard to get an update, I can't imagine how difficult it is for them to stand by their warranty and quality of their work.
We are trying to cancel and we are ignored.
Do Not do business with these people!!!!!
